So I called Richard @ Cool Tech Repair to fix my new iPad that had a lovely shattered screen from when it slipped out of my hand. Little did he know the reason I needed my "new" iPad fixed was because my "old" iPad had the same issue-but no worries, I watched a YouTube video, saw how to fix it, watched it a few times to know what to do-followed instructions to the letter and then the nice guy in the video says "make sure if you didn't get a screen with a button you don't pull out the wires for the button"......UGH!!!!!! So I had an extra surprise for Richard when he came to visit me---and he fixed both iPads in the time he said for less then a 3rd iPad would have cost me!!!!! He is the BEST!!!!! If I could have rated him more than 5 stars I would have!!!! Thanks again Richard!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🥰
