We had 2 regular round bowl toilets replaced with comfort height, elongated toilets. The support staff were excellent in communicating when to expect the plumbing technician. Mike was on time and very courteous and professional. He gave me several different price options and I chose to go with their toilets of choice rather than purchase on my own at Menards. He was able to get them from their distribution point and installed that day and when he was finished everything was neat and tidy and someone was here within minutes to take the old toilets away. I would definitely use McQuillan Bros. Again for future plumbing needs.

Gerrard was an awsome, thoughtful, and professional man! I have a belly and root intrusion in my main line to my home. He made the issue less scarry and was able to help get the issue fixed fast.

Really impressed with the whole process and the professionalism of Tony, who diagnosed and fixed the clog. He showed me a video of the pipe and build up of grease. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Tony was very kind and informative. He throughly explained what was wrong with our floor drain and why he would need to clean out the pipe leading to our main sewer. After he was done he showed us the cleaned out pipe and gave us information on how to maintain and prevent the pipe from backing up again!

I can’t speak highly enough about this company and Alex, the technician who did my furnace maintenance check up. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided service with a smile.

This company also has the BEST customer service. I have zero complaints. Highly recommend them.

Did a great job! Replaced a light fixture in the kitchen that’s been having issues and made sure nothing was wrong with the wiring to the fixture. Appreciated their knowledge and efficiency!

Prompt, excellent service at a reasonable price. They also fixed a water pressure issue after replacing a valve. Richard and Kyle were very nice, thorough, and service oriented.

Calling and getting a service center who would not put me through to the office had be beyond frustrated. After using an old contact number, Beth called me and sent Josh out the same day for service. Josh was pleasant, Knowledgeable and honest. All traits I saw in Matt when Matt first owned the company. That one visit with Matt is why I have been calling McQuillan brothers all these years. Josh is very much like him. Honest, went above and beyond and very knowledgeable. Josh is a keeper

Discovered a leak in some pipe that a prior owner saw fit to duct tape instead of deal with properly. Called McQuillan, and Lucas L. came out. He was incredibly professional and gave me a range of options to solve the issue. Appreciated his expertise in assessing the home's plumbing, his ability to find a solution that worked with my budget, and his professionalism. Job took a couple hours, and he highlighted what he expects my next steps are going to be.

Justin was very professional and courteous during his visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace — the thermocouple had gone out — and got everything running smoothly again. He explained what happened in clear terms and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. Excellent service and great experience overall. I had a tripped breaker, caused by a couple of incorrectly installed light switches. I noticed right away in the morning that I had a problem, and they were able to get there only a few hours later. They swiftly diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it right then and there. They identified the faulty switches that caused the trip and sorted it all out for me. It was reasonably priced too, for the time it took and considering what electrical normally costs. Highly recommend!

Warranty work, hot water tank only 3 1/2 yrs old, Not McQuillian fault. Flooding happened after hours.
Phone consultant could have been more helpful.
Told me to shut off the water to the house. Not a good plan in below zero weather. ( No emergency service available in the evening or night ) First service call at 8 am. Ron was great!

Ron gave me a few honest estimates to choose from, and was very knowledgeable about all the details involved. I felt cared for and received an education on an important part of caring for our home that I didn’t realize. I’ll be sure to reach out to McQuillan home service again in the future!

I had a clogged kitchen drain. Not only clogged but frozen, (our heat went out during a really bad cold snap.) He removed the clogged and run hot water through the system to remove the ice build up. Im glad I called, I didnt realize the drain froze!
The tech was great! A professional who knew what he was doing.
A little expensive, I paid over $400 for the service but the job was done completed to my satisfaction.

We’ve been with McQuillan Brothers for 8 years now. Always very happy with the service. Today we had our furnace inspected (free with the membership) and the flame sensor cleaned. Jed was super friendly and professional. He told us what we should consider having done next to keep the furnace up and running and we scheduled our water heater inspection (which is also free once a year with their membership).

During the recent frigid weather, I had a frozen water pipe. Garrett was extremely helpful, skilled, and kind. He did a great job of rerouting the water pipes to my kitchen sink, so that they no longer pass through an outer wall. Received a discounted rate as McQuillan had re-plumbed my house in 2023.
