Great help and knowledge about the Junipers
we bought!

First class organization. Very professional work (great crew guys!) and creative planning and design from the very start. Not a cookie cutter group by any means. Also high quality plants. I have recommended them to many friends.

We had Heins Nursery replace my front stone wall in 2019. They did good work so after creating a landscape design with Brad for my backyard, on 7-1-2020 I signed a contract and gave a $21,500.00 50% deposit to Heins to replace my rear stone wall and landscape my back yard. Brad kept postponing the start date until late fall, then said it was too late in the season to do the work so it would need to be done first thing in the spring. I called to schedule the work in spring 2021 but I was told that they no longer did work for homeowners and only work with a few home builders.
Last week I saw them working on a neighbor's landscaping so I called Heins to have them do the previously contracted work, but I was told that they were booked through the rest of this season. I asked if I could schedule the work for this coming spring, at which point Heins said that they were no longer interested in doing the project.
If you are a homeowner and you actually do decide to go with Heins Nursery, just know that a signed contract and 50% deposit does not mean that they will actually do the work.
