Don't do it ,You'll want to do the project yourself then lay down in your bed and pump off your head with a scatter gun 🤷🏿♂️

I manage a 105 unit complex in St Paul. This was our first year using Reliable Snow Removal and they were excellent. They email you and update with every weather situation. The way they communicate with their staff and their clients is truly outstanding which results in great customer service! It was a tough year and we were so impressed that we are going to get bids for our lawn care service as well.
Thanks for taking such good care of us. -

Reliable takes care of the lawn and snow where I live. They do a decent job of mowing the lawns, and have been pretty receptive to complaints. I have complained about them blowing grass clippings into my landscaping and they stopped, also have complained about them using a riding mower on a hill around my tree and leaving a big ring - they changed to push mowers and it looks great. The big problem is the WINTER. This last winter they used sub-contractors to plow which resulted in massive damage where the driveway meets the yard. They also woke me up at 5am one morning using LEAF BLOWERS to blow snow...which is absolutely insane. Reliable did come and seed this spring to try and fix the damage, but it rained and all the seed washed away and they refused to come fix it again. This is not acceptable. I don't want to spend money fixing my lawn when they are going to just ruin it again next winter. I would not recommend Reliable if snow removal and spring damage repair is involved.

Ignored a stop sign and nearly caused a major accident.

This company has terrible customer service, and the owner suffers from little man syndrome. I Have also heard horrible stories after sharing my experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They use leaf blowers excessively and blow dust clouds into the air, creating a hazardous environment for neighbors.

Does this company own a snow shovel or salt? My Grandmother almost broke her hip from the lack of snow and ice removal one of their noshow contract jobs.

One of their employees blocked me in a parking spot at the Eagan outlet mall and left for the day. It took 2 police units and a couple of hours to get out from around their bobcat. Look elsewhere if you want to deal with professionals.

In my opinion this company treats its employees like cash cows. It’s my opinion that this company is owned by a board of directors who care more about their fancy vehicles and nice houses more then taking care of their employees. I would avoid this company for several reasons.

Townhome owner in Vadnais Heights. Reliable Property Services is the associations 1st year using them and the services are AWFUL! First off the lawn care they miss large strips of grass, rarely trim around the tress, property edges, etc. This is simple lawn maintenance 101!!!!

Alden Pond Townhomes hires these guys to work until 7pm. They take 2 hour lunch breaks and sit in their truck from 5:30 to 7:00. Must have GPS tracking because they drive away around 7:02.

I live in a complex where Reliable Property Services does at least the lawn care (not sure about snow removal). There have been MANY times throughout the summer they are mowing before 8am, RIGHT outside my bedroom window. It also seems to take them much longer to get a job done than it should. The employee this morning was mowing a patch of about 40-50' x10' for OVER HALF AN HOUR. I grew up mowing lawns. They tend to mow the same path over and over again. We haven't had much rain so they are just creating a dust storm and noise pollution. I don't mean to be cranky, but if I got more sleep, maybe I wouldn't be! (I work some evenings, so them mowing that early is quite inconvenient).

“Reliable” is the company that my HOA hired to do our lawns in the summer and snow plowing in the winter. They do a fine job during the summer, but their lackluster plowing abilities make me give them one star. They do a terrible job of plowing the lots, and our HOA manager has had to sternly speak to them and bring them back to re-do snow removal on multiple occasions. For a company based in Minnesota, they really should know how to take care of snow. I do not recommend this company for snow removal.
