I had Kevin with Blue Ox Exteriors replace a roof, soffits, and add gutters to my home. I have a 1920's built home and that had a lot of issues(crooked fascia/soffits, sagging roof on my dormer, ice dams/ventilation) from a past contractors that needed to be corrected. He took the time to explain the problems and options to fix them. It's been about a year since they completed the work and I'm very happy with the results! Would definitely recommend Blue Ox Exteriors.

I met with Ryan to get my father in laws roof replaced. Everything went well and he was a great communicator. Wish I used them for my own roof years ago.

About a week ago Blue Ox finished building my roof. They did a phenomenal job all around between the gutters, siding, and my windows. Very professional and kind the young man that I would definitely recommend is Alex. The company all together is great and I would 100% recommend.

Blue Ox restored my home after extensive hail damage.
The response was speedy from the first rooftop inspection and immediate protection from further damage, to the communication with my insurance company for coverage approval.
Professionalism was displayed in communication, follow-up and installation of roofing, skylight, fascia, gutters and window wrap. All concerns I had were addressed above my expectations.
The details of the work gave me the greatest satisfaction. Having recently retired from decades in design and construction I appreciate the difference.

The people that installed my roof were very professional, polite, cleaned up after they're done, did not leave my property in a mess, asked questions if I would allow them to have their trailer closer to my house for easy clean up and a lot more minor details but meant a lot to me because they asked. My new roof looks great! Big kudos to Ryan S who helped me start the process with my insurance, followed up if there were glitches along the way, returned my phone calls in a timely manner and his handling of the whole process with impeccable professionalism!

Highly recommend Blue Ox Exteriors and ask for Ben Lovick! I had multiple shady out of state storm chasers knock on my door after a storm then get extremely rude and pushy when I wouldn't sign a contract on the spot to do the work. A friend of mine suggested i connect with Ben and couldnt be happier with everything. Ben has a laid back approach and came to meet with me and the insurance adjuster to assess the damage. The relationship built with the adjuster helped me get a full claim on my roof. The crew at Blue ox was out within 2 weeks and had my roof torn off and replaced in one day just in time for winter. Two weeks ago we had multiple contractors in our neighborhood and I had the pleasure of meeting Brian with Blue Ox Exteriors. Brian did a free inspection on my roof and noticed a significant amount of damage done to my roof as well as many other areas. Brian explained to me in great detail how the insurance process works, meeting with our adjuster and then getting the work completed. Brian was able to answer all of my questions which some of the other companies were not able to. I was very impressed with the knowledge Brian had and I would definitely recommend Blue Ox Exteriors. Blue Ox was recommended by a neighbor after another company came door-to-door with roof inspections. Since I was looking for a referral and not just anybody coming by, I reached out to Zach. He was very professional, presented options and explained the whole process clearly. While he did present possible upgrades, there was no pushiness whatsoever, and we decided on the standard install. Then the Blue Ox team took over all of the hard work of getting a new color approved by our HOA, getting permits pulled and working with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was properly covered.

The team came for the install, performed the tear-off and install quickly (even on a very hot day!), cleaned up after themselves very well. I found probably 2-3 pieces of scrap that were missed of the entire roof. They took care to properly clad our skylights all the way around, added extra venting. Everything looked much better than the replaced roof, color matches our house very well!

The front office finished all of the paper work with the insurance company, all we had to do was pay the deductable. I'd definitely be happy to provide a referral for Blue Ox, and would use them again.

Used Blue Ox to come inspect my roof after a storm. After the inspection they recommended a new roof and made sure to provide me with ample evidence of their reasoning. They were present when the insurance adjuster was there and worked closely with my insurance company to get what I was owed from my policy. The work was completed in a day and looked great.

There was only one minor problem throughout the whole process when a tile got broken on my patio table(simple accident and stuff happens) , but they were adamant about making it right. Unfortunately they couldn't aquire an exact match for my tile so they gave me a credit that was extremely generous.

A contractor that does great work and handles simple accidents so professionally is hard to find. I'd definitely recommend Blue Ox to everyone!

Strong recommend for Blue Ox exteriors. We had one of those nightmare scenarios where the insurance company couldn't get its story straight--approved replacement for half our roof for hail damage, but kept changing their story and moving the goalposts on the denial of the other half and the conditions under which they'd approve the other half. (Does a 2nd opinion from the same adjuster count as a 2nd opinion? Did our policy include code upgrades, and did this matter? All sorts of fun...) The saga lasted almost a year, but Brandon with Blue Ox stuck with us the whole way, worked with the insurance company where he could and let us know with specifics if there was a request or question we should send in. When we finally received full approval for the full roof, Blue Ox jumped on getting the work done and did a great job. Couldn't be happier.

I was outside listening to a Blue Ox rep talk to a neighbor after climbing up on her roof to inspect hail damage. He was honest about the lack of damage and was not pushy about their services. I decided to call him over and asked him to take a look at our roof. Blue Ox saw damage and worked with my insurance to get an adjuster out and walked through the entire process with me and handled all the insurance paper work. They completed the roof repair in a day and also lined me up with a great subcontractor to replace my gutters (and add gutter guards). The roof looks amazing and so do the gutters. I would highly recommend working with Blue Ox if you think you've had storm damage.

After a major storm we had extensive hail damage to our roof and siding. Brett and Blue Ox were extremely helpful walking us through the entire insurance claim process. They scheduled the roof replacement quickly and had it replaced in just a day and the siding only took them 2 days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

After working with a different roofing company to complete an (insurance covered) roof replacement I went shopping for competitive bids to have my siding replaced out of pocket. --and let me tell you I shopped. Then, a neighbor recommended Blue Ox. Their Sales guy Ryan Schoen is the man! Extremely knowledgable without being a know it all, friendly, responsive, and most importantly in my case patient!
