They are extremely helpful over the phone whenever I have an issue with my pool. They are trustworthy to tell me when I need to replace a part immediately and when I can wait a little longer.

Had them install 2 pools at 2 different homes, I would never use anyone else in the Twin Cities, Pat and his staff are fantastic all around

From the first call, through the install and all the follow up questions a pool owner will face, Pat and his crews will be there through it all. Treat them right and they return it double! They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and any situation that arises. Their communication is above and beyond, especially when using their opening/ closing or weekly services. You always know to expect them on that day. I refer them without hesitation any time some asks. Keep up the good work!

We first contacted Pat 4-5 years ago about installation of an in ground pool. He gave a thorough pitch, and I had a lot of confidence in Prestige's ability to deliver. We ended up deciding to hold off on a pool, but revisited the project last year. I interviewed several top Twin Cities pool builders, including re-meeting with Pat to update our previous estimate with a more focused plan we had developed.

Pat was (for a second time) excellent in presentation and follow up. After interviewing four contractors, we decided to go with Pat, awarding him the contract in April of 2017. Unlike many pool builders, Pat does not use day laborers for his crew. All of them are employed directly by Prestige. All of them have built many pools. They work together as a team, they do a great job. Whoever was in charge always introduced himself and was happy to walk me through that day's and upcoming tasks to be done. Our property and neighbors were treated with respect throughout the build process.

Pat recommended contractors for the gas, electrical and landscaping work. While we were under no obligation to use them, he said that if we did, he would coordinate all work required specific to the pool with them. We did end up using those recommendations (after interviewing several). Pat coordinated all pool specific items with them so that we didn't have to. They did great work, and I would hire each of them again.

Perhaps most importantly, the pool cost what Pat said it was going to cost. He was not the cheapest estimate, but I think that the other contractors would have had adds that would have gotten us to and possibly above Pat's estimate. Pat is not going to build the cheapest pool. If you want the cheapest pool, there are plenty of contractors that can do that. Might I suggest that you consider waiting till you can afford something better than the bare minimum, and not build a budget pool.

Service after the pool installation has been great. his team walked us through everything we have needed to do, and has been very gracious in answering any questions that I have had.

In summary - if I had to do it over again, I would have built the exact same pool with the exact same team - can't think of a better endorsement than that.

If you are considering a pool, save your time and call Prestige Pools and ask for Pat. This is a family run business meaning they say what they are going to do, there is no hidden agenda and the guys doing the work are employed by Prestige - no subcontracting. They have a vested interest in doing it right the first time and will represent you through other areas that may need attention (landscaping, concrete, etc). Once the pool is in and you have a question, you simply call their office and someone will walk you through the next steps. Turnkey. Simple.

Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Pat and the crew have been extremely responsive and helpful with any service that is needed after our install. I was surprised when I called about a minor issue that I had someone out there the same day. The pool equipment can be a bit intimidating, and Dave is a well experienced pool professional who will take the time to explain any question without any hint of impatience or condescension. They always seem to have someone in the office to answer my inquiries. The main directive I get from everyone in the company is to “get out and enjoy your pool,” no matter what my question is. I appreciate the service after the sale from Prestige Pools.

We just had Prestige Pools put a pool in our new home this past summer. This is the second home where Pat and the guys have worked for us. We have used them for follow up work with replacing liners or equipment and have always been extremely pleased with their work, timelyness and followup to make sure everything is working well. There is no question I would use them again and recommend them to anyone for their work ethic and experience which is critical in the purchasing of a pool.

We purchased a pool from Prestige in 2003. The initial planning sessions helped us make good decisions. The most impressive attribute is their customer service after the sale. The entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.

Prestige Pools built our pool in 2005, since then we have depended on them for opening/closing the pool, chemicals and pool repairs. They have always provided us with great repair and maintenance work. Where this company really excels however is in their great customer service! Anytime we have a pool problem and/or question they have always been willing to provide accurate guidance and/or advice on how to resolve most any situation. They are still, after ten years and counting, the only ones we call for our pool issues.

The construction was just great and they directed to a beautiful design and great recommendations to other pro contractors for extra touches. MOREOVER, I have them for weekly maintenance and this company is easily the most thoughtful and thorough when taking all of your feedback. I cannot say enough. In a COVID era, keeping close to home, the pool became the center of a lot of activities for my family - and we lived well thanks to Prestige Pools.

I had my kids set up this account just so I could leave a review about these wonderful people! I was very hesitant about having a pool. Not because they are expensive, because they are expensive, especially if you want a high quality pool built by professionals with highest level of integrity. I was much more concerned about the upkeep. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the people at Prestige Pools are! I have so many questions and they are so patient giving me answers. I’ve also learned the secret to easier pool maintenance: Listen to the experts and follow their instructions! I also keep in mind I’m not their only customer even though they treat me like I am! I can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience. I knew nothing about pools other than I wanted one! Pat led me through the process and helped me make choices that were right for my family. Once installed, they remained in close contact and visited weekly for several weeks to teach me about the pool system. During their visits, they answered all of my questions and helped me analyze the water. I have also called the office several times with questions.
