exceeded expectations with my recent replacement of our steam shower generator. Their expertise in working directly with Kohler ensured a seamless process from start to finish. Matt demonstrated extensive knowledge of Kohler products and steam shower systems, efficiently handling th repair and replacement of our unit.

Their attention to detail was impressive, from pressure testing and addressed potential issues proactively, such as ensuring adequate pressure and checking do leaks.

Had a leaking whirlpool bath. I found Solutions online. Called and got Matt. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came out a few days later to give us a estimate.

He was very honest and informative about our problems, and his thoughts on repairs and options. We chose to go with a new replacement bath.

Matt was not setup to do a remodel considering the changes in bath size, but that did not stop him from giving us information on how to find a showroom or remodeler that would help us with what we needed!!

On top of all of Matt’s help, he did not change us to come look at our bath and to give an estimate on the repair in this case. Thanks!

We had a new jet tub that hadn’t even been used yet that had a crack in the plumbing area of the jet. We didn’t noticed the crack in the jet area until after it was fully framed and plumbed in. Instead of trying to return to where we purchased we called the manufacturer of the tub and they hooked us up with this local repair company. Matt was very kind, professional and knowledgeable of the product and worked in a timely manner. Not only would I recommend him, I will consider using him for future needs! Thank you again Matt

Matt from Solutions Tub was great. We had a tub with a hole in it. Turns out the tub was still under warranty from Kohler. Matt checked and confirmed that the Warranty was good and he fixed the tub, and we didn't have to pay a dime. Truely amazing! And Matt did an amazing job. You can't even tell that there had even been a hole there at all!!
