Previous service provider retired and sold to big name company who provided inferior service and very high prices. I found Ben online and decided to give him a try, and have not been disappointed. Ben does a great job, is knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. Plan on using him from now on.

Last year, we had a pool installed and initially hired a company to help manage it while I learned the ropes. Unfortunately, that company was not Crystal Clear Pools. Since opening the pool earlier this year, we were barely able to use it due to persistent issues that the company couldn’t resolve. Rather than problem-solving, they kept adding more chemicals throughout the summer without fixing the problem.

Frustrated, I decided to part ways with that company and contacted Ben, the owner of Crystal Clear Pools. He promptly visited our home and immediately identified the issue—metals in the pool. On our own, hoping this would be the solution, we decided to treat the pool for metals, proceeded to vacuum to waste and finally adding 6,000 gallons of fresh water. However, the water turned cloudy again a few days later. I reached out to Ben, who came out right away and spent the next 30-45 minutes with me troubleshooting. He checked everything from water flow to the cartridge filters, and ultimately, he was able to diagnose the problem.

What stood out to me was Ben's genuine concern for solving the issue rather than just adding more chemicals and leaving us with a hefty bill. I will never use another company again and wholeheartedly recommend Crystal Clear Pools to anyone. If you’re tired of companies that just dump chemicals and leave you with a big bill without addressing the root cause, call Crystal Clear Pools. They truly go above and beyond.

I had been looking for a local pool service for several years. I was really happy to find Crystal Clear Pools last year (2023). I was having an issue with out-of-control algae growth that had compounded over the years. Ben worked with me to get it under control and clear up the problem. It was so nice to know he was coming each week to keep my pool water clear, vacuum and clean. Opening and closing was a plus! I am certainly contracting with him again this year!

Ben is wonderful. We bought a home with a pool and found it difficult to find a company that is fairly priced, communicative and transparent. Crystal Clear is all of the above. Highly recommend.
