Been with Hoffman for a long while now and have nothing but great things to say! Every customer service rep and technician has been knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I've had an "antique" furnace serviced, plus the installation of a new furnace about 8 years ago, and seasonal maintenance on my central AC and furnace. My AC is 33 years old and works great, but when I need to replace it, Hoffman will be the company I choose. Prices can't be beat and the best enhancement so far is their online booking. Thanks Hoffman!!

They came out on a Saturday to inspect and installed my new furnace on Sunday. Elliott and John were both very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service so far and plan to keep using them in the future.

A great experience in every way. We needed a new AC unit, and our furnace was from the 50’s, so we decided to replace that as well. We got a very reasonable quote from an extremely nice and knowledgeable guy. He helped get us set up with a good financing option, helped get us a ton of rebates (both from the government and from the manufacturer) and scheduled to have the install done two days later. The installers were great as well! They showed up right on time and did exceptional work. Took them a little less than 4 hours, and everything looks great and is working very well. All in all, superb communication, very nice, knowledgeable, and professional crew, and 100% a 10 out of ten good experience. Would recommend to all of my friends and neighbors. Thanks Hoffman!!!

Super fast turnaround. Techs were really friendly and explained to me what needed to be done to prevent problems down the road. Price was more than fair.

Just had my vents cleaned by a service technician who did a good job and was very knowledgeable about his job. Took a few minutes explaining how my ducks were working and made suggestions on return vents in the future. Nice to see there are people out there that actually care about the work they do for their customers.,

Dean was excellent. Some mice did a daring commando raid though the furnace outlet vent, set up camp in the furnace, and chewed a few wires for warmth. Until it got very warm, all of a sudden. Thanks, Dean!

I went to a well known vendor first and that vendor recommended a lower quality AC unit brand with a high quote. I went to Hoffman for a second opinion and Andy provided great communication and explanation throughout the process with a reasonable quote and offerings for a more quality AC unit. Ryan installed the new unit and was respectful. He walked me through things that were new in a clear manner. I highly recommend Hoffman and would use them again.

They were communicative, professional, efficient, and did an amazing job! They are affordable and we will definitely use their services again in the future. We used a Groupon voucher to reduce the price. Highly recommend this company.

Hoffman Cooling & Heating quickly responded to our service call, and Drew, our Tech, arrived three hours later. He was polite, efficient, and rapidly found our problem. This service call was a very positive experience for our family. Both Hoffman Heating and Drew deserve a five-star rating.

Colton was great! Out with the old and in with the new furnace in just under 4 hours! Nice job!! Both him and Steve were helpful, answered our questions, giving no pressure suggestions.

Great experience. Did not feel like I was being pressured into buying any extra stuff I didn't need or want. Fast appointment for a quote (same day) and once we had financing set up, they were out the next day to install. Only took 4 to 5hrs for a furnace and whole A/C removal and replace. Would use again should I ever be in the need for new ones (hopefully a long time down the road).

When purchasing a new furnace, Hoffman threw in a whole house vent cleaning! Always a plus when never expected. The technician communicated before, during and after- clearly efficient and kind.

John and Jay came and replaced my furnace and some ductwork. Was amazed with their efficiency and speed! Hoffman had everyone scheduled appropriately for the necessary inspections and had me all set in one morning. Hoffman Cooling and Heating was working with Energy Assistance's CAP program and they treated me with the best of customer service and respect. My toes are warm, and heart is full of gratitude, thank you!

Our home was woefully due for a duct cleaning. Hoffmans did the job professionally & let us know what to prepare for. We will definitely use them again!

Elliot is a savior in MN!! I’ve been in my house almost 9 years and Hoffman has literally beat out everyone on price and service. When I needed a new furnace no one beat them in price and availability, even the company who wrongly diagnosed my furnace and left me and my family to live unsafe couldn’t beat them. Now today, he showed up when no one else did even when they confirmed they would. Hoffman all the way!!

We did a full replacement heat pump/AC, high efficiency furnace, and communicating thermostat. We had several companies out to give us bids, but Steve was the one who was most knowledgeable, informative, and trustworthy. The technicians who did the work communicated clearly with us through the process and were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hoffman for heating and cooling.

Amazing from start to finish. When we woke up to a chilly home, Steve sent out his best technician to look at our furnace. Drew told us what we already knew, we needed a new furnace. Picked out a shiny new furnace and AC. Colton and Ryan came out at 8 am on Monday morning to get everything up and running. Steve then followed up to make sure all our questions were answered and we were happy with everything. I will be recommending Hoffman to everyone I know.

I recently had a HVAC installed in my home. Steve was amazing from start to finish. The installers were awesome as well. They were all patient with me with my questions and concerns. I had 5 estimates and it was a no brainer of the estimate I received from Hoffman. The highest quality unit from the other companies was the lowest unit from their estimate. With the rebates and tax credits, it actually cost less. Since it was installed, it is quiet, and I can already notice the difference in the air circulation etc...I would highly recommend Hoffman for their quality, education and professionalism.

Had a great experience with Hoffman cooling and heating. Affordable, thorough, and fast!! I am very impressed. I believe Chuck was my technician and he was great, I had lots of questions/concerns and he took care of business. Props to him! I’ll definitely use Hoffman services in the future!

Dean provided great repair services. He was clear about the analysis, plan to resolve the issue, and debrief us in the end. He ALSO gave us a tutorial on using furnace programs on our thermostat. He was polite, helpful, and thorough.
