These people are great, I got 3 bids when I went looking for a tankless water heater, these guys “won” in all categories! I’ve had it for 2 years now with zero problems. Highly recommend!

Water Heaters Now! was great from start to finish. John was very helpful in the scheduling process and Brooks was quick and efficient in getting our water heater installed.

Water Heaters Now did a great job and was fast and efficient. Tony was very friendly and thorough with explaining our install. The process was easy. Another plumbing company wanted to charge $250 just to look at it and diagnose. It was clear our water heater needed replaced due to leaking. We sent Water Heaters Now some photos, they provided an estimate over the phone, we were scheduled and installed the next day before we had to head out for vacation. Install only took a few hours. They removed the old water heater. If you want fast affordable and thorough service we highly recommend them. You get what you pay for and they provided tremendous value.

Nate was well versed in issues with Faribault well-water and sold me the right system. I’m exited to save money on electric bills and stop paying rent on our Culligan iron remover. Tony was great. He called to say when he was arriving (on time) explained what he was doing as well as giving me a heads up on a potential issue. Cleaned up, explained the bill, very efficient and polite.

To calling at 9 am and having the installer leave at 1pm, is nothing short of excellent. Bruce was amazing, knowledgeable and courteous. I will 100% recommend your company!

I recently had a Rheem water heater installed by Tao. He was on time, courteous, non-intrusive, informative, replaced pipes that were leaking, and left my home clean. No signs that he had worked there, other than the new water heater and some bright shiny copper pipes! I appreciated the great service. I would recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone in need of a new heater.

My heater went out on Friday, called my warranty place and they couldn't get anyone out to during the weekend. Called Water Heaters Now on Sunday, sent him some pictures and he gave me a quote within the hour.

Bruce came out the next day and got the new heater installed and updated the vents. Bruce seemed like a super nice guy.

I am however having an issue with the new water heater system. It is so loud, when the vent turns on you can hear and feel the vibration on floorboards above. Definitely did not have this problem in all the years with the previous heater. Might be the piping work as it may be touching the framing and or due to the multiple joints.

Hopefully can get some assistance.

Update: Wow! It says a lot about a company based on the after sales service. I had an issue with the vibration on this new heater. Ray the owner sent Aidan out, they both worked with me to figure out the issue and provided a solution.

Definitely A+ in my opinion, thank you Ray and Aidan!

Jake and Bruce were very professional. They got to work right away. The house is older so it needed some code upgrades. They explained the changes and gave me a maintenance tutorial. Tou did a fantastic job explaining everything that needed to be done, including updating some copper tubing to get up to code. I called with my issue at 7:30a and had a new water heater installed by 11:30a! The price was very competitive.

We had an excellent experience with Water Heaters Now from start to finish. Our first contact was Jon, and he was so friendly, responsive and really went above and beyond to help us figure out what to do with replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater.

Jon and I went back and forth a lot, as I needed information from him to submit to my home warranty company. Even though it was a pain in the butt and required a lot of his time, Jon never complained once and was always eager to help.

They were able to come to our home the next day to do the install, too.

For the actual water heater install we had Bruce. Bruce was friendly, communicative and efficient.

Discovered water heater was out at 7am. Water Heaters Now gave me an estimate with pics/specs over the phone and were at the house by 9am, and completed by 11:30am. They advertised next day installation, and they delivered. Communication was good throughout. Installer Tou was on time, efficient and meticulous with his work. From the time my 21 year old hot water heater died, until the new one was fully functioning, was only about 12 hours. If efficiency time-wise is your priority, go with these guys.
