From the moment we called Kate for a service appointment till Pete left our home helping us restoring the AC unit after replacing the burnout capacitor we had a very positive experience. Both of them were very professional and friendly. I am happy that I called them first for help and will definitely call them in future if help needed and will also recommend Vann Heating & Air to my friends. Thanks Pete & Kate.

I absolutely loved working with Kate and Pete. Pete installed a new WiFi thermostat (Ecobee) and a new humidifier. I found Vann Heating and Cooling on a google search while researching options after dinner. I happened to reach out to the company using the chat function only to have Kate call me that evening.... Wow.... Pete was at my home days later. I think what I liked most is that Pete and Kate are trustworthy individuals. They didn’t want to sell me something I didn’t need. Pete offered to look for parts for the existing unit, so I didn’t have to buy a whole new system. Then a week later, a hand written thank you note appeared in my mailbox. Just a great all around company. Highly recommend.

After the easy scheduling process, Pete quickly came out and was able to service our AC unit. Pete was friendly and provided us updates along the way so we could learn and understand what was going on. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with the Vann team. We had an issue where the part they fixed was not working within two weeks of the replacement. The Vann team stood behind their work and fixed the issue at no additional cost to me. I truly respect and appreciate a company that will go this far above and beyond the call of duty.

Recently my hot water heater went out and I woke up to unpleasant freezing water to shower in. After receiving multiple bids on a hot water heater replacement I was lucky to connect with Vann Heating and Air to resolve my issue. Katie was extremely friendly on the phone and set up for Pete to come out ASAP. He came out within a few hours of my call to Katie and fixed our unit and now have cold air again. We love supporting local business and will call them again in the future.

Our furnace went out this winter and needed to be replaced. After doing some research we decided on a Goodman furnace. Vann Heating & Air is the highest-rated Goodman installer in the west metro. They were amazing to work with. They communicated all options and prices clearly and accurately, they installed our furnace quickly, and they installed a superior product the right way. The speed of the things done was impressive! We had a furnace problem that demanded a new installation. As a winter cold set in down to 20s, we worried. But, contacting the Vann Heating, all things from the estimate visit to the final test had been done in 24 hours. The first call to the rep was pleasant and informative, giving us a good option; the cost was reasonable; the furnace brand they deliver was superlative; and the installation work was excellent. We contacted the Vann Heating based on the reviews from Google search, and our experience says the Vann deserves it high ratings.

They did an excellent job on our tune up at our “new to us” home. The tech showed me where everything was, what filters/maintenance everything needed and how to change them. They sent a detailed invoice along with instructions too. They were super friendly, on time, and professional!

Pete Vann from Vann Heating & Air saved the day! It's always concerning when a furnace goes out in cold weather. In addition to providing same day service, he went to purchase the part needed, and we had heat restored within just a couple of hours. He was extremely professional yet easy going, and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend his services!

Pete from Vann Heating and cooling came at very short notice on an extremely hot day and repaired our broken AC. He had it repaired very quickly. He was the only company that was prepared to come at short notice and was priced very reasonably. Pete is very professional and good at what he does. I will definitely be using him in the future. Terrific service! Cannot say enough good things. From start to finish, very professional and easy to work with. Work with them via email and the website. It was great, easy to use and they responded quickly and got me schedule and then getting the text message, informing me they were on the way on the day of my appointment made it easy for me. Once here Pete did an outstanding job informing me of what was going on and the services he provided and went over all options.
Overall just a terrific experience.

Pete was awesome to work with. He listened and understood what we needed done and was able to work within our budget. His prices were more than reasonable and was able to present different options within our budget. When the inspector came he complimented on how good the work as done. They even followed up with us about our rebates. We are more than pleased with the work and will defiantly go back with all of our heating and cooling needs.
