I had Waconia Comfort install a new A/C unit, furnace and water heater on the same day. They offered the best pricing and equipment compared to the competition. Their service and professionalism with the installation was outstanding. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Drew and Ryan came out to fix our dryer vent that was giving us problems. They not only found the problem, but gave options to fix it. We are very happy with how the whole experience was handled. They were respectful, very attentive to detail- vacuumed every area that they could have dropped insulation on (which was much appreciated with a one year old in the house), organized and efficient.

Erik came out same day and addressed all of the issues with our ducting and AC unit. Great communication and quick service.

Unexpectedly, we needed a water heater replacement.
Discussed with Jon in service and had a quote and appointment within an hour or two.
Technician Drew arrived early and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He completed the job in a timely manner and left our home as he found it.

I had a minor plumbing issue come up and contacted John in Waconia Comfort's plumbing division. He was very proactive and responsive in helping me troubleshoot the issue and when it came time to repair, he sent an installer (Drew) within an hour of contacting him. Drew discussed a few different options on how to repair the issue with pros and cons and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be using Waconia Comfort for any future plumbing needs.

First class organization. Mitch took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I wanted what I think I wanted. I really felt he gave me personal and professional service. He answered a lot of questions and asked a lot of questions. Very happy now almost a year after install and so happy I went with them. I tried another larger contractor before and I felt I wasn’t worth their time and basically told to “get in line.” Waconia comfort treats you like you are their only customer. Highly recommend!!!!!

I had Ryan here today to fix some leaking waterlines and install a new toilet. Called in this morning at 8:00am by 4:00pm it was all done. Excellent service from a very nice plumber.

Waconia Comfort was great! Our water heater went out and they were able to install a new one the next day. They took care of everything from getting the permit to ordering everything we needed to the inspection. The installation was smooth and the installer, Ryan, was helpful and courteous during and after the installation.

Today, Drew, Ryan, and a few extras installed 2 fireplace inserts - one in the living room and one in the family room. They all were polite, knowledgeable, careful, efficient, thorough, and unflustered by the challenging 4-foot crawl space they had to run the lines through. When finished, they cleaned everything up beautifully. We love our fireplaces again! Thanks, also, to Chad who helped us figure out what we needed.

Drew installed a humidifier on my furnace.. he was efficient, explained the unit to me and I was impressed with the work.. Waconia Comfort has always done a nice job. .
