I called West Metro Appliance for service on our dishwasher and got an appointment for the following day. The person answering the phone was pleasant and asked good questions to help pinpoint the problem. The technician texted and let me know when he was on his way and he arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me what part needed to be replaced and why. They got the part in the next day and came right out to finish the repair. Our dishwasher is working like new again. These guys are responsive, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Will be using them again when I need service in the future. Highly recommend

I’ve used this appliance repair shop multiple times now, and they’ve been great every time. They’ve fixed my refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine — always with quick, reliable service.
The first time I called was when my refrigerator suddenly stopped working, and I was worried about losing all my food. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and fixed the issue the same day. I’ve since had them out for my dishwasher and washing machine, and each experience has been just as smooth and professional.
What really stood out to me was their honesty and expertise. Another company (Home Service Plus) told me my washing machine wasn’t fixable and that I’d need to replace it. I decided to get a second opinion, and this team was able to diagnose and fix the problem without me having to buy a new appliance — which saved me a lot of money.
The technician always explains the issue clearly, works efficiently, and never tries to upsell or add unnecessary costs. It’s hard to find a company that’s this dependable and trustworthy.
