Rob was great. He did a survey of my trees, and gave me an honest opinion that the trees are healthy and no reason to remove. When the time comes, NWI will be my first call!

I looked for a while for a company like this that would come in to help me plan tree planting in my backyard and I’m so glad I found NWI. They were extremely professional and the tree planting was quickly done, as I had requested it to be done before an upcoming birthday party we were having. I will go with NWI for future tree planting projects.

Tanner was very professional and quickly took care of taking down the tree. Every was done and cleared off the property within an hour. Highly recommend NWI

The guys that came were so nice and helpful and they did what I had requested . They were on time and I was so grateful that they were helping me . I even had a bee nest in my umbrella and they helped me by telling me don't touch it until we get done

This is at least the third time NWI has taken down trees on our property. Each time they exceed our expectations. They are timely, professional and do a great job.

Matt and the supporting crew did a quick job of removing 2 stumps in my yard. One was in a difficult area to reach. From my first call I got immeditate service from the office, Adam's on site assessment and the stump removal.

Very professional and did an awesome job. And they came out as fast as they could in the emergency we had with a partially downed tree.

NWI did a wonderful job taking down our tree. They were courteous and organized! We have had NWI do many jobs and they will continue to be our go to for tree services!

The crew was incredibly fast. They were courteous and very cautious with curious onlookers. They cleaned the area nicely.

Called after a storm took down a limb, leaving a sketchy limb still standing that could have fell on our new deck. Autumn was able to come out and take a look late afternoon and arranged a technician to come out at 6pm the same day and he took down 2 limbs for us. Amazing customer service and the technician was extremely skilled.

Outstanding service at a competitive price. Everyone was very professional. We have many trees on our lot, with numerous branches hanging over the house. I wasn’t sure how they were going to get to some of the branches, but Kody and his team were able to work around the other trees and shrubs. Since I was only having branches removed, I wanted to be comfortable that they trimmed in a way that would keep the trees healthy. Kody explained all of their work to me, so I am confident they did a good job. They even did a great job of cleaning everything up. I was very impressed and pleased with their work.

Will, Tim, and Frank did an excellent job trimming a large tree, between 2 houses. They arrived promptly. We went over the plan, they gave great advice, and worked with us until all that we needed was complete. They did a great clean up as well! They are definitely a 5 Star company. We certainly recommend them!

July is so busy for tree work. The team got swamped with other appointments, and I thought mine had been missed. Nope. The crew showed up later than I expected, but got the job done quickly, smoothly, cheerfully, without a hitch. Consummate craftsmen, they do their work well. Bless 'em!

The crew did a great job pulling out an old lilic bush and hauling away the debris. This is the second time I've used NWI. They are great.

Epic! In a good way! We had two dead ash trees, one of which was splitting down the middle—one side threatening the neighbor's yard, the other side aiming for our house. This crew was fantastic from start to finish! Quick response, free estimate the same week, and easy electronic communication (a lifesaver for this ADHD parent who loses paper like it’s a hobby). Scheduling and payment were a breeze, and the crew carried out the mission with pro-level skill, plus they were fast and super tidy. My kids are convinced they witnessed actual tree ninjas. Highly recommend! Will call again if any more trees try to misbehave.

We had three ash trees that needed treatment to prevent destruction by the emerald borer beetle. Our technician was awesome, she explained what treatment she was applying and how. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. No surprises and no hidden costs.
