I called the have a water heater replacement done. The gentleman who answered was fantastic and actually referred me to one of his competitors White Bear Plumbing and Hesting because he couldn't come out for a week. Kudos.

The people were super friendly and definitely knowledgeable about the products. Our AC unit went out, they came out the same day to look at it. They had the unit we needed in stock and installed 2 days later. Awesome service, definitely went above and beyond any other company I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

My furnace stopped working and I called Reibel and spoke to Brent. After describing the problem, Brent asked if I was handy.

He instructed me what to do to fix the problem. I tried what he suggested, and it fixed the problem.

Reibel guys did what 2 other companies could not do. They installed a 200 pound furnace in a 100 pound closet. The old one was sideways with no place to drain. The new one is actually accessible. I cannot say enough about this company. They respond immediately about concerns we have with our A/C and heat - both in our home and business. I always know that any emergency will be taken care of as soon as they can get there - and they update me continually on when they will arrive.

If you want the job done correctly, efficiently, and keeping cost in mind - Reibel is the company you should work with.

I called 3 different AC businesses about my broken ac unit. Reibel on the first call gave me potential quick dyi fixes at no charge which happened to work. Every other company just tried to upsell. My AC unit is old so I suspect I will need it replaced in the next few years and based off my initial experience I will 100% be reaching out to Reibel first for my next heating and cooling needs.

Replaced 80% efficient Rheeme furance they installed about 15 years ago with a high efficiency one, and original (1987) Rheeme air conditioner with a Rheeme high efficiency one. Great people, product, service and price. All around best value.

We can't say enough about what a great company Reibel Heating & Air Conditioning is to work with. We needed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater and did some general checking around and found their price to be very reasonable. Based upon some strong recommendations by friends and liking the approach by Terry when he came to give us an estimate, we decided to go with Reibel. Their approach seems to be to not sell you more than you need, not trying to upsell us on anything, but getting us a good, reliable product at a good price. The installation went great, the crew of Terry, Brent and Jim were very efficient and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. We also liked that they took the time to educate us as to how best run our furnace and air conditioner for efficiency and temperature control. And, the icing on the cake, they are a fun bunch of guys to work with! We give them 6 out of 5 stars!

I called with a question about some work done for my client. Mr. Reible promptly called me back. We had a misunderstanding regarding my question. Mr. Reible and I reached a very satisfactory understanding and he went beyond anything I had expected to resolve the situation. Great service!
