Such great service! Jacob arrived same day as our heating went out and quickly diagnosed the issue! He was very knowledgeable and let us know what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening in the future. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Jacob from Grant’s Heating and Cooling is basically a superhero. My AC decided to quit on the hottest day of the century, and I was about five minutes away from melting into a puddle. I called Jacob, expecting to be told to “hang in there” for a few days, but instead, he swooped in the SAME DAY like some kind of HVAC Batman.

He showed up, diagnosed the problem in record time, and fixed it before I could even finish panicking. The man is basically a wizard with an AC unit. I don’t know what kind of magic toolkit he’s carrying, but whatever it is, it works. Not only did he fix the issue, but he explained everything in a way that even I, a certified non-handyman, could understand.

So if your AC ever gives up on you, call Jacob. He’ll save you from turning into a human popsicle. Grant’s Heating and Cooling is the real deal—10/10, would totally call them again (but hopefully won’t have to)!

Excellent service! Explained everything and was very communicative about pricing, installation timeline, and follow up. They even found some vent issues that would help heat our home more efficiently that previous HVAC technicians didn't catch. Not pushy about sales and was really great to work with.

Grants Heating and Air came out on a Saturday when I had two furnaces out. Jacob sent video and pictures while at the project during the diagnostic stage. This helped us make swift decisions. He worked well with the tenants and completed the job in a timely manner.

Jacob was so kind and helpful to assess what our air conditioning unit needed. He got us back up and running when it was very hot out and also cleaned off the coils and wound our hose back up. He was able to fit us in promptly and was knowledgeable about the problem. Thank you Jacob!!
