They do great work when they show up but the amount of times they cancel reschedule cancel rescheduled and cancel again is ridiculous. I’d I can’t find someone local I’m going with Schultz I’m New Ulm

First time we used them was good. The 2nd time not so good. Came out and in 5 min said we needed a new water heater. Found out later that day when our neighbor came over it was just a leaking pipe.
Got a bill for the 5mins for 150. I'd use someone else.

They didn't fix my leaking toilet and kept sending me bills, my mother finally paid them off so that they wouldn't take me to court and my toilet is still leaking so I'm down over 300 dollars
