Had a fireplace gas line installed; also had my water heater pan replaced; was really pleased with the quick response from management and technicians; quality work was performed and any issue I had was quickly rectified; would recommend this company for all HVAC issues to include water heaters! 😊👍

This company is second to none. They are friendly, thorough and professional from the start of the job until completion. They are extremely reliable and price competitive. I give my highest possible recommendation to Richard and his company. They should be the benchmark for all other contractors to follow.

They came out the day I called and got my AC running again. It really needed to be replaced and they were able to come back the very next day and install a new unit. They were super nice and professional and were not pushy about replacing the unit, but let us know it didn't have much longer, and we decided not to risk it going out in July or Aug and just get it done. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again when needed.

I've used Richard and his employees several times for different services. These guys are awesome and treat you like family. The prices are very fair and great quality of work. They have installed new furnaces and heat pumps, installed a tankless water heater, and small plumbing jobs. Very impressed!!!

Richard and his crew at RC Professionals were awesome. They installed a complete brand new unit for our upstairs. It was 120 degrees in the attic where they were working. They are professional, kept everything clean, installed everything correctly and to code. They even identified some small safety issues with my hot water heaters and fixed them at no cost. I would recommend this time to anybody and everybody. Truly knowledgeable and is passing on the knowledge to a couple of young apprentices to keep the trade of HVAC moving forward into the future. Richard I can’t thank you enough for you and your team and your professionalism and hard work. Will be contacting you again soon for the downstairs upgrade.

They are fast and friendly. Always very open to explain the problem and what is needed , how long it will take and how much it will cost . They get to work , with approval , and get the job done ! They don’t make a mess or leave a mess . The only reason you know they have been there , is everything works properly!! What else can you ask for!!!
