Prompt, timely repair process of an irrigation system leak at my home that had been going on for several weeks

Kevin and Sean at Evergreen have always taken care of my irrigation lines. Came out day of in an emergency a month ago and Sean even came back the following day after I was still considered about the leak. Did a great job and would highly recommend.

The person they sent out was not able to diagnose the problem so he blamed the water Meter, and claimed it would take three months for the city to repair it. Not true
Nothing wrong with the meter. So after the work was finally completed I had a small leak. And this time when they came back the same guy said “it’s illegal for me to work on it”. ( pvc pipe that was broken during their repair)
Same guy failed to show up for appointment and never called. I missed 1/2 a day at work
And another 1/2 a day meeting the city water department employee when it was not the meter. The whole process was disappointing.

There is no excuse for the misinformation the person they send out tells the customer.
And it’s not fair to the customers.

Beware

This company driver (let’s hope it’s not the owner) drives like an absolute idiot. Several lane changes failing to use turn signal every time, tailgating semi trucks and so on. Swerving in/out of traffic isn’t worth it. You should either do better to be on time or just accept that you may be late. Not risking your life and everyone else on the road. Called “office phone” several times for it to be ignored - so likely not a good business to go with anyways.
