Gordon was super sweet for answering the phone after hours. He gave me some instructions for the thermostat on how to elevate the horrible humidity in the house. It worked! But he also showed up promptly the next morning to make sure the a/c was in order. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 5 thumbs up for efficiency and professionalism.

Kyle came earlier than expected, which was great. He was quick with the repair and now have a cold house.

Heat sensor went out after a little less than a year. They ordered the part and as soon as it came in they installed it the same day and the heat worked fine. Very courteous and respectful group of guys.

Tech arrived on time and worked quickly. He also pointed out solutions to a couple of problems. We have used this company for several years and have been well satisfied.

Repairmen were very nice, checked out my unit thoroughly and explained the cause of my unit failure. They were here within 2 hours of my call and had my heat going quickly. Thanks so much for awesome service and quick response time!

This was first experience with Comer Heating and Air. Alyssa sent me a proposal for a bi-annual preventative maintenance agreement and got Andrew out to my house with 30 minutes to start my first service. I’m set up for my next service in the Fall and was very impressed with both their customer service as well as their technical expertise.

I called the company around 3:00 PM on a Friday afternoon with an urgent HVAC issue—water was leaking from the drain pipe at the back of the house, and the air handler pan in the attic was full of water. I spoke with Judy, who was incredibly kind and professional. I asked if it was possible to have someone come out the same day, and she assured me she would make it happen.
Less than 10 minutes later, I received a call from Debbie letting me know that Alan was already on his way from Olive Branch. Sure enough, Alan arrived shortly after, quickly diagnosed the issue as a clogged drain pipe, and took care of it right away.
Alan also provided an estimate for an ECA contract, which we decided to purchase and have since renewed. He even took the time to discuss options for a future HVAC installation. The entire experience—from Judy's prompt response to Debbie’s quick coordination and Alan’s outstanding service—was absolutely top-notch.
We’re incredibly grateful for the professionalism, responsiveness, and care shown by the entire team. Judy, Debbie, and especially Alan went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We have used Southern for many years to service our heat pump. Most recently, Alan McGee and his crew replaced our unit. Just ahead of the winter storm in January (2025). our 4-ton unit quit. We called Alan first thing in the morning and, by the next afternoon, we were warm and toasty. And, Alan made a run through the following day. The service was superb. Alan worked deligently to have a unit shipped in and he and his crew were here the following day ,8:30 am. By 11:00 it was up and running.
The work was professional and expedient. Alan was thoughtful and seemed truly concerned. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Southern Heating and Air, and Alan.

They went above and beyond, especially my tech Alan, to make sure everything was good and very respectful of my property. They kept my old system running probably 10 yrs longer than expected.

We use Southern Air Conditioning and Heating for yearly maintenence on our unit. Alan is our technician and he does a great job. He is very nice, knowledgeable, listens to you and explains what needs to be done. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Pleased with the service we receive from them.

Love Southern Heat and Air and we love Kyle our service tech. He is the nicest, most polite young man. He even takes time with my husband who has dementia, talking to him and laughing at his comments. We appreciate him whole heartedly.
He explains what is going on and shows pictures of the problem he finds. An absolute top notch young man..Thank you Kyle for being such a kind sole. We love and thank you ☺️
