I have been in construction my whole adult life. I know most ever HVAC company in town. Our AC unit quit working at my house. It was a no brainer who to call. Michael over at Muse is the best kind of guy, very honest and strait forward dude. Caleb a technician came out to diagnose the issue. Turned out we had a bad condenser. Our unit being as old as it was a slim chance to find this part they found us one saved us a ton of money. Very professional. Everyone is real easy to talk to and good people. I highly recommend this company. Great Experience.

Normal maintenance but added a soft start unit to my ac. Wow. What a difference in startup power loss. Would advise having one installed. Cuts down immensely on required starting power.

The best service that I have ever received. They came when they said they would be here. Was told they would be here all day but was gone by 3 p.m. they replaced both systems. Upstairs and downstairs. Both heating and air. Very capable workers.

Muse has always responded quickly and got our air conditioning up and running. Living here in Mississippi a persons A/C is really critical to be running.

Installed 2- 4 ton Trane systems, great service, kept us informed throughout the install and even corrected some broken duct work in the attic. Highly recommend Jeff and his company.

When I moved, they continued to do annual preventive maintenance for my new home, and have found problems when they were small so they didn't become huge & expensive.
