They were awesome and worked hard to get someone out after hours to fix my parents air conditioner. We were so appreciative and they did a great job. Landon was polite, friendly and very efficient. Overall they were “very cool!”

Cody and Austin did an amazing job on our install. We had an older unit and the replacement was a bit more complicated than usual. They stayed all day and got the job done right! Highly recommend Springfield for all you hvac needs!

Excellent communication and fair price for blower motor replacement

It is a pleasure to do business with this company because when they tell you they are coming they come and they make sure you know it is their service man. I have always had a service man that is courteous and he stays in touch to let you know he is on his way. The office staff is courteous and are also on the ball to get you taken care of when you need help with your heating or cooling units.

They were fast and professional. I contacted the team and Monica set me up with an appointment asap. The rep was here bright and early and I ran into an issue where the gas company needed to be back on-sight and could not come back in time. They said no problem and would be back whenever the company came back out. They followed up the same day and got everything taken care of. Everyone was amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.

initially I had called this company for a service and scheduled out a week or so. A few days later when I was out of town visiting family my blower motor went and I had no heat. I called and explain the situation and asked if I could get someone come out sooner. I was able to have someone out that morning. The tech arrived and fairly quickly found the cause of issue. He informed me he didn’t have the part and asked if anyone could be around for it to get replaced the next day when the part came in. Both techs, Landon and Spencer were very professional. Monica was great to deal with over the phone. The service was great and the repairs was fairly priced.

Springfield Heating & Air are second to none. The technicians were professional and skilled, installing my new A/C unit in a few short hours. The system has performed excellently since installation, and my home is cooler and more comfortable than it has been in years. I would recommend Springfield to anyone for your heating & cooling needs. You will find none better in the Jackson area!

Had a wonderful first experience with Springfield Heating and Air (and used them based on other great reviews!). Monica and Ryan were both super nice and easy to schedule and work with. Ryan went above and beyond when our power unexpectedly went out just after he had arrived and I appreciated his knowledge and ability to explain technical issues. Turns out we need a new unit and I will definitely be using them for this major job!

Lightning struck our home late on Saturday night. I called Springfield the next morning, and they had a technician out within an hour. Unfortunately, the part that my a/c needed was not available until the parts warehouse opened on Monday, but the technician explained everything to me thoroughly. As promised, they had me back up and running on Monday and reasonably priced. Immediately responsive, knowledgeable, and followed through on promises made. Highly recommend.

Springfield Heating and Air sent Landon as the technician to solve my ac issue. He was polite, speedy and professional. Gave me the cost of repair and gave me a way to pay the company though an online link for payment security. I would consider this company for future issues.

They were quick, very knowledgeable, and fairly priced! They came over and fixed my AC after another company was just supposed to service it, but broke my unit. First time i ever used Springfield, but won’t use anyone else going forward!! Thank you Springfield!!

Top-notch service. Landon was the service tech that came out and had my AC fixed in under an hour. Very helpful with routine maintenance tips. Had everything he needed to make the repairs with him. If you are in the Madison/Jackson area these guys are awesome!

We have been using Springfield now for about 10 years now, and only have good things to say! They always respond promptly, are very thorough and honest with us and always fix our problems quickly. Their quotes are always lower than their competitors on major replacements, which is how we began with them!

They were very professional and responsive after scheduling services. I received a call from tech on what time he would arrive. He arrived promptly as time given. He was very knowledgeable about unit and his job. I would most definitely recommend and use them again for services.
