My air conditioner went out mid-July. It was extremely hot, above 90 degrees. When no other HVAC company could service my air conditioner, Climate Masters came to my rescue. They fixed my problem the day I called and their price was very reasonable. Thank you Climate Masters.

There has been a significant mishap on my part and the home insurance company my family and I use for home repair. After talking with Climate Masters (MS Dollie) and her being as helpful as she could, I was finally able to get to the bottom of everything. I had AC technicians come to our home on the 23rd of June, 2021. The technicians messed with shotguns and rifles I had on the wall as well has opened my shotgun shells and bullets. My insurance company told me it was Climate Masters. So I called the number to tell them but went to voicemail. Upset and felt like I had my privacy violated, I didn’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. So I posted what happened on the reviews for Climate Masters. Ms Dollie gave me her number asked me to call. So I did. After her doing a search, we both found out that they did NOT come out to our house. In fact it was Climate King. Without her help I would have never known that my insurance company had it wrong and I said all this about a company that never came to the house. Please except my deepest apologies for this mishap. Also thank you so very much for helping me get to the bottom of everything. Without your help I would have told everyone a lie. That is something I would never intentionally do. Again, I deeply apologize for this.

Larry Franklin was my technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed my a/c in a timely manner. I would definitely call on Climate Masters again after such a great experience! Larry is a great asset to this company.

Every time I have called Climate Masters they have responded quickly and been at my business within 2-3 hours of my placing the phone call. Even in the middle of July. Jamie serviced our account and he was both professional and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about him. He had our air conditioners up and running in no time at all. Thanks Jamie!!!!
