All the employees act lost and confused,screw up orders,take the longest time to pull your order even when there is only 2 other customers there besides us

Condescending environment. Were very uncooperative when simply inquiring about prices. Were not welcoming or professional.

I've been to this place 3 times and not once have I made a purchase. They always seem to make it look like I have no clue as to what I'm talking about and then I got to another supply house and get exactly what I need and better customer service.
