Service was Great! Brandon came out as soon as he was done with his job before mine. Brandon and his right hand man Patrick inspected everything. Told me the diagnosis, the price, and got to work. Made sure all was working and that my house was cooling off before they left. Communication from the time I made the appointment to the time they left was great. Excellent work. Definitely recommend.

Jorge was five star young man. Very professional and a pleasant young man that knew what he was doing. Very knowledgeable and answered every question an ask him. I highly recommend Jorge to do anything I need do on my A/c system.

We purchased a new a/c unit from Campo Heating & Air in May 2025. With that, we received a free one year service plan. We have been very happy with the professionalism, service, and unit itself. Thank you Campo for taking the heat out of our summer!

Devin Stogner was extremely helpful walked me through the process and explained everything step by step what he was doing. Him alone had me sold I also have to brag on the automated system they are running was amazing. It told me that he was in route and notified when he arrived.

Thank you for your help. You got a fine young technician, George, here the same day we called. You could have easily said "sorry, it's late, we'll take care of it tomorrow." But you seemed to put yourselves in our shoes and worked overtime. You had the part we needed in stock and George did a thorough job installing it. Devin did a great job. He explained what he was doing, answered our questions and made recommendations for improvements while not pushing them on us.

The crew that you sent out to install my AC and it was absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects of their job and the HVAC system. They took their time to make sure everything was done precisely the way it needed to be done and that I was totally satisfied before they ever left. Campo was awesome. Originally called out to give me a price on replacing my working unit, but my AC went out the day before so when they came, we agreed on a price and they scheduled me for the following day. Installed my entire AC system in one day. I’ve never heard of Campo before this, but I must say I give them five stars. These folks do a great job and they do what they say. They have my trust.

Needed a larger heating unit ASAP. Was worked into the schedule in a very timely manner. Smaller unit removed, larger unit installed hours before outside temps dropped below freezing. Great job, professional installation, friendly associate, all-in-all, excellent service.

got to meet my idol, Mr. Campo himself. coolest guy ever. saved my kitten from a tree & then did a terrific job repairing my AC! 11/10, would call again. very affordable and great service!!!!!!!!!

DAT boy been fixing them air conditioners as long as I known him. I knew exactly who to call.

My house was sinus infection city.
I was running 20% humidity. told him my problem and that my kids were getting sick every cold front that passed through. In seconds, he knew exactly the problem.
Came to my house a day later made some adjustments and now I’m running 47 to 50%. No more runny noses coughs and doctor visit with the little ones.
There’s a lot of air-conditioning companies, but to solve a humidity problem with a perfectly working unit that’s more on the scientist level.

They came out quickly and gave us a free quote and once we went ahead with approving the quote they came 2 days later and installed a whole new system. They were fast, reliable, and courteous. They had us up and running with a new system by the end of that day and let us know what was going on throughout the process. I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them. Also came with a 10 year warranty. Only thing I would say is I was under the impression that the new thermostat that came with the system would be able to be controlled from an app and for the price we paid I thought it would’ve come with a better version thermostat.

Scam company, beware. They falsified a report to Lowes protection plan on work that they never came out to do. Now when I finally had an issue with my unit, Lowes will not cover it because Campo falsified the report. I’ve tried to reach out to this company with no reply, please be aware of this company and definitely make sure they don’t falsified reports they send into extended warranty companies.
