Mike was so professional and kind. He wiped his feet before walking through my home. He answered EVERY question I had and was very respectful. I’ll definitely use Climate King again!!

Climate King was so professional from the very beginning. They are timely, responsive & truthful. The service technician sent out for this appointment was superior. He was knowledgeable, patient, clearly explained the situation and what it would take to fix the problem, and he was punctual - he came, he analyzed, he conquered!

The fastest, friendliest service around. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They are very knowledgeable about their work, and they take their job serious. Don’t wait to book the best service in Mississippi.

Andrew and Mike did a great job getting my system up and going. They were both pleasant and knowledgable. They were able to immediately diagnose the issue and get the part ordered for repair.

Logan was great. Very responsive and really helped us out in a jam. Without exaggerating, our upstairs A/C unit went out and needed to be replaced. Climate King had the new unit delivered and installed/cooling within 24 hours of me first contacting them. Superb!

While they are a very busy, but that's to be understood - it is summer time. It just makes sense that all home unit go out in the summer at the same! So be prepared for response time.

Very pleased with Rashad and Curtis! They were very professional and efficient. Getting bad service from another contractor and waiting a long time for my A/C unit to get fix was a hassle. So I really appreciate the speediness, kindness and care shown from the company!
