They were very punctual and professional! They made you feel like you were a priority. My job was harder than others and they kept a positive, confident demeanor the whole time and produced great work! Would definitely use in the future!

With the hot temperatures outside, I wasn't happy with the temperature inside my home so I called Done Right and we talked about the issue and he came out as promised. When I say, he talks to you like you've already met. Really friendly and he explains to you what the problem is and any future problems that might come up. I'm happy with my service and I highly recommend calling Done Right because the ease of knowing you have someone that take his job serious, is the ease of knowing it will be done right. HIGHLY recommend!! Leshon and his team were transparent and honest. Answered call same day and came out to complete the job the next day. Answered all my questions and went the extra mile to repair flooring that was water damaged before installing new unit. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing!!

Mr Williams came out look at my air and fixed it the same day. My home insurance gave me problems when it was time to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable during the visit. Don’t hesitate to call LaShawn at Done Right Heating and Air. I can’t put into words what this man and his company did for us. He dealt with our home warranty company sending him an after market part that didn’t fit, but he followed up and made sure they corrected their mistake by getting them to send an original manufacture’s part. Once that was fixed I hired him to service all three of our heat and air units. That was done timely and at a more than reasonable price! Lashawn communicated with us all through the process and always showed up when he said he would. His company name says it all, DONE RIGHT. Call him, you will be very pleased!!

Thanks for the awesome customer experience on Monday, January 20th. My heating system had been out for five days and it was freezing in my home. From the 1st initial appointment this team was professional, on time and very knowledgeable on the product and services that was provided. My heating unit is back up and running like new. My air condition stop working one night. The next day Done Right Heating & AC repairman came out and assessed the problem. Because of the age of my unit, i had to get a new unit. It was completed in a few days, the only wait was the parts. Now we are enjoying a cool house again. My furnace went out and I called him, Mr. Leshon Williams came out so fast. He figured out the problem fast showed me pictures of the problem, and quoted me a wonderful price in a timely matter. I would recommend him to anyone having heating or ac problems.

The AC Company is one of the best professional company , I have seen in all my 25 years of Real Estate . One of my unit went out at my personal home and the owner discover the problem , went right to his truck put on the new part and my upstairs air was back working ! You will not be disappointed using this professional company !

My heat went out on my unit in our newly purchased home. Unbeknownst to us, the previous owner neglected the unit in the attic. Rust and decaying parts. Stress is the word. Call the home protection we purchased and was denied. Done Right told me not to worry, that he will make it right for me. They gave me a price that I thought was absolutely affordable. I can't.
