This has been one of my most enjoyable buying experiences. From the initial contact with Jennifer to the professionalism of my install crew (Lendsey & Phil), the entire process was smooth. Jennifer is knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without hesitation. The prices seemed fair as compared to a couple of other companies I contacted. The window construction and warranty were the deciding factors. As compared to other companies I considered, there is more window viewing area, meaning the window frame doesn't impead like other windows I reviewed. When it came to installation, the crew was Top Notch! They kept me informed, they cleaned up immediately as they disassembled the old frames, they hauled off the old windows and the debris. Best of all, They took the time to seal each window on the outside and inside, removing any chance of air. If you need windows, strongly consider Ultimate Windows. Locally owned in Southaven, they won't disappoint.

Ultimate Windows just replaced the builder grade windows in my 16 year-old home with upgraded Weather Barr windows. I found the entire process from window selection and order to the completed install to be top notch. Jennifer helped with the selection process and guided the project from start to finish. The price was competitive and the quality exceeded my expectations. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The windows look great and I am looking forward to the energy savings they will provide this winter.

I did’t get to make business with them, however I needed to get some evaluation of my windows as I believed they needed replacement. Matt came over, looked at all the windows and confirmed the windows were in good shape and only needed a few new sash locks. Gave me some tips on helping them open easier.
I appreciated he didn’t want to just sell me product and that he was honest.

I shopped around and found that ultimate windows have the best reputation and fantastic prices. They installed my windows several weeks ago and I could not be happier. They were very professional, on time, and they cleaned up everything! It’s amazing but I can already tell my home is cooler with these windows. I’m certain I will see it in my electrical bill.

Ultimate windows is the best place to get your windows replaced! Paul does a thorough job and works hard to get you the best possible price! It’s amazing how much money you save on electricity when you replace your windows with energy efficient versions! Their sister company, ultimate roofing, is equally impressive. Paul sent someone out the same day that we called in about a roof leak and it was fixed within an hour.

After looking around at different windows and Installers, we decided on Ultimate windows and doors out of Southaven. I called and Spoke with Jennifer and asked for a quote on installing new windows for a older home we had just purchased. Jennifer set a time and was right on time and turned the quote around the same day. We had been given an approximate date on when the windows would be in, which was spot on. Couldn’t be more pleased with the installation and the installers themselves along with a window that looks great. We have had several contractors do work since we moved in and none of them could hold a candle to for their professionalism from start to finish.

We recently replaced our front door and French doors off the kitchen with new doors from Ultimate Windows and Doors. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the doors and with the service we received. Cassie came out to our home and was extremely helpful in helping pick out the options for our doors. Jennifer was great in keeping us informed on the progress of our doors and scheduling installation. Lindsey did a great job of installation. Paul and Cassie came out during the installation and checked on the progress and appearance of the doors.
The doors look wonderful – the front door is beautiful and adds so much to the appearance of the house. The morning after installation, the guys from our alarm company came to reset the door alarms and they were very impressed with the doors. They remarked several times how much they liked the way the front door looked. Several neighbors and relatives have seen the doors, and all have been very complimentary of the look and quality of the doors.

We had our roof done in just a day! Very quick estimate, and the best price around and a wonderful job, and when something had gotten left out by accident, which is a true test with how quickly and easily a company will respond to take care of it, they immediately apologized and sent people out to take care of it! It was a pleasure dealing with the family that owns this business and I will always recommend them anytime someone asks and even if they don't ask! My husband and I were VERY impressed with this company! The owner came to our house to discussed window options and made suggestions based on his own experiences as well as knowledge in the product he promoted. He measured our windows and had a quote emailed to us the next day. When we accepted the quote, he sent another crew over to measure again.
Our windows arrived in 2 months rather than 4 to 6 and their crew installed all 11 in one day! The windows are amazing! One window didn't raise as easily as the others so the day after I called to tell them this, Jennifer came over and was able to fix it easily. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE AWESOME!
