Unreliable communication and unprofessional response.
"I had a very frustrating experience with this company. On multiple occasions, I was promised a technician would arrive on a specific day, only for no one to show up or call. Each time, I had to be the one to follow up. When a technician finally arrived, I politely mentioned the previous 'no-shows' before they left. Within 10 minutes, I received a text message telling me to find someone else to fix my unit. It’s clear they are too busy to value individual customers or handle feedback professionally."
