Called when we lost power after a storm to make sure all of our equipment was in good shape while we waited on the power company. Arrived in about 5 minutes to lend a hand and check everything out.

I called Jackson Electrical Services about flickering lights. He immediately told me to call electricity company to get them to check the connection to the pole. He was very knowledgeable and kind enough to not charge a consulting fee.

Called 11/27/23, spoke with Mr Jackson, told him what my problem was, he advised me that as well as being an Electrician he was also a Consultant. He advised me to call Entergy, advise them what my problem was because it's something that they need to take care of. Mr Jackson was correct. Entergy came out and found that a squirrel had chewed the ground wire. Thanks Mr. Jackson.

I was so impressed with the fact that the response to my phone call was immediate. I had called other companies and either did not get an answer or they did not return my call. The service was excellent and the light he installed works great. I will definitely use Jackson Electrical Services again.

Mr Francis is a great electrician, super friendly, is a very hard worker, finishes things in a timely manner, and what makes him more great is that he cares about his work and customers. I would recommend him to anyone, definitely give him a call!
