Our central air conditioning unit stopped running on a 90 degree Sunday afternoon. I left a message and received a call back first thing Monday morning. By Monday afternoon, Dan was here fixing it. Dan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We've been using Crestside for many years and will continue to enjoy their reasonable prices and great service. Thank you, Dan!

Used a separate company to fix our AC, but after multiple attempts they were ultimately unsuccessful. We called Crestside Ballwin Heating and cooling and they came over that same day, quickly diagnosed the actual issue and fixed the issue. I just had an entire HVAC system replaced and I couldn't say enough about this company. From getting a quote to getting it installed, give them a call. I have had 5 quotes for this job, and I'm glad I went with Crestside. Everyone there was amazing, and the install was flawless. The crew was great and went over everything I should do/look out for to make sure I get the most out of the system.

I can't say enough about Crestside Ballwin HVAC. I've been doing business with them for over 30 years. (That should say a lot!) I recently purchased a home with a HVAC system that was on life support. Jeff, the owner, came out and discussed my options, including moving the AC unit to the other side of the house since the existing unit was covering half of the walkway to my backyard. Everything went smoothly according to Jeff's plans. I am always so impressed with the work ethic of all of Crestside Ballwin's employees. The install crew was very professional, efficient and courteous. They are perfectionists at every step of the process. If you're looking for a full-service, honest HVAC company, stop looking and call Crestside Ballwin.

We have had this furnace and heat pump that Crestside installed for almost 20 years. We have the maintenance agreement and Jason comes out every six months to inspect the system. Could not be happier with his service. Always dies a thorough job. We request Jason when it is time for our tune up.

I love this company. I called them out of the phone book when I was a single woman living alone in 2004, and 3 houses and 15 years later, they're the only HVAC company I ever call. They always send one of a handful of knowledgeable technicians, who really troubleshoot problems before suggesting expensive repairs. We used Crestside for a full system replacement this year (furnace, AC, water heater, humidifier, etc), and their price was very reasonable. The work was done quickly and neatly. I love that the owners are now the children of the original founder...and they show up to give estimates and answer the phone when you call. This is TRULY the only HVAC company I ever call.

The installation of the central air unit and furnace was completed yesterday afternoon. However, that's not the beginning of this story. I reached out to the company for an estimate. Fortunately for me, they sent Brad Leigh. Crestside was referred to me by a friend and I clearly understand why. Brad brought with him a wealth of knowledge, having been on the maintenance side for years and now sales.

I had a host of contractors in to provide a bid, none of whom were as thorough as him when assessing both the needs and options. I had reached out to another company prior to learning about Crestside to repair the CA air unit which was 30 yrs old. It was necessary to replace it.

I called Brad the day after agreeing moving forward with him, letting him know the heat was unbearable. He came to the house immediately to determine if something could be done to the existing unit to provide short term relief. He also obtained approval to move up the installation date.

The installers, like Brad, were very professional, arriving @ 6:30 am. I am certain that the quality of service on the back end will be consistent with the wonderful experience thus far. The cost of the project was more competitive than the others following the discount and rebates.

It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend Crestside!

They were able to accommodate next day installation and made financing super easy. They team was quick, pleasant and tidied everything up at the end of installation. I’ve had Crestside Ballwin for many years and have a maintenance contract for both our air conditioner and furnace. Twice every year, I have wonderful servicemen come out who provide immediate, helpful feedback about keeping the units working at optimal level. This year, Larry came out and gave very useful information about how to help keep our air conditioner running in peak shape, including ways to help grass from being pulled into the unit so it doesn’t have to work as hard to run in those sweltering summer months. They are by far the most professional and thorough company I have ever had the pleasure of working with for yearly home maintenance.

Would recommend Crestside for all your heating and cooling needs. I have their planned maintenance where they do a Spring AC check and a Fall furnace checkup.

So impressed with this company. I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with a very friendly and accommodating woman about our AC which seemed to be working harder than usual. They couldn't get me in that afternoon but did offer Monday afternoon. Jason just left and was EXCELLENT. He was personable and professional and got right to work cleaning our unit. He even taught us a few things we didn't know. I called Crestside based on their reviews after Googling HVAC companies near me and called them based on that.
