As a plumbing contractor, it can be hard to find parts, especially for old plumbing fixtures. This place has just about every part you will need for repairs on those old fixtures.

I was working a speciality project that I needed some supplies for and not only found the supplies, but also found the staff to be extremely helpful. Once they took the time to listen to what I needed, they made two suggestions that saved me both time and money. That's why I will continue to use Milford as my go to for plumbing supplies.

They were so nice and very helpful with trying to solve my problem!

The sales personnel were very helpful going above and beyond to help me find the appropriate part I needed.

There is a young man at the counter that went out of his way to help myself and my brother. We where in need of a couple fittings to make a repair at our mothers house. I wish I would have remember his name, but know that his customer service is top notch. Thank You!

Needed to replace the overflow cover on my tub that broke on a Friday evening. Only place I could really find that was open on Saturday in an area I knew. A bit off the beaten path, but the staff was super helpful and was able to coach me up enough to fix my whole problem. I was kind of planning on just band-aiding it...

When you pull up you will probably start to doubt they actually have a retail counter, but they do.

Great service and very nice people. They didn’t have what I need but I’m not finding it anywhere. Apparently there is a company who engineers their parts so that they are not easily replaceable.

We are repeat customers of Milford Plumbing. We are fairly close to them and anytime we need anything we know they will usually have it in stock and will provide excellent customer service. Today a young man behind the counter helped me and I walked in asking for a part by the complete wrong name. He brought me what I asked for and he also brought up what he thought I really needed. He didn't make me feel dumb or anything negative at all. Just provided great service to me and anyone else in their showroom at the time. A business I would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing supplies or tools. THEY HAVE DIABLO BLADES!!!!!

This place has our business for life! What we thought was an impossible to find piece for our faucet was found at Milford. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and were able to put an end to our search. Thanks guys! We will be back for anything we ever need that is plumbing related.

Great service, great people, and they have what you need when nobody else does!
One day into being quarantined with my family(with 3 kids under 11, one a 1yo), our water heater went out. No one could come out unless vaccinated, and all of the vacc'ed employees of every hvac company turned us down. I searched for the correct part online, and the earliest delivery date was over a month away. Milford had the assembly that I needed in stock, and nobody else in a 75 mile radius did. They'll receive my business forever after this. Awesome employees, awesome business
