He was here on time and explained what he was doing. A very nice young technician. Do an amazing job.

I had and appointment with Mac-Co today to service my central heat and air. The appointment was set form 2pm to 4pm. I was running late myself. The technician Johnathan stayed until I arrived. He had great customer service and answered all my questions as he worked to figured out why my unit was malfunctioning. He quickly figured out there was a short in the wiring at the outside unit and repaired it. The price of the service was reasonable. I will definitely use Mac-Co in the future and I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Jonathan and Rafe did a great job today installing a part that I needed. They also did a Fall season check. They were both very professional, mannerly and kind. Got everything taken care of and made sure I was ready for winter. Thank you both 😊

Wonderful experience with Mac-Co and great bunch of technicians. We had a full system install plus water heater. Technicians had to get creative as our equipment closet was very cramped. Everything works great! Couldn’t recommend a better company if you are looking for HVAC work. Thank you Wesley, Conner, and Corey!!

They was quick and very knowledgeable!!! I would 100% recommend them and any technician!
Only took 2 hours to completely install a new system and fix a couple other problems we had.

Jeffery did maintenance on two units for us today. One at our residence and one at one of our rental properties. He is professional and knowledgeable. I would be happy to have him work on our equipment next time they need seasonal maintenance. Mac-Co has exceptional technicians and high standards as a company.

Mr. Colbert got our a/c up and going. He was early to the appointment. We were notified that he was on his way. Which I really like. He was very courteous, friendly, and thorough.
We will definitely use Mac co in the future.

Excellent service! Very happy! Jeff was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and got us up and running again in no time.

Dustin the young man who came to check out our air was very friendly and helpful. The issues was an install issue with whoever put this in before we moved in. Put a house unit in a mobile home which isn't clloing all the rooms. Suggest a mini split would help with issue. Checking into that now to see what one would cost. He said that would work. And we wouldn't need to spend money to replace this unit since it works just not cooling all rooms.

Super helpful and knowledgeable. Came out quickly and looked at it. Was really honest about the issue and upfront with cost. Dustin was the tech that came out. Overall a great experience.

Mac-Co has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. During extreme weather, they worked as quickly and efficiently to get heat restored in our home.
Their whole team has been courteous and professional. They have explained everything well and made sure our questions were answered.
