Frank was extremely nice @ very informative !!
My furnace is 24 yrs old. Some part( can’t remember name of part) is loud now. It will eventually crack. Then furnace could put out carbon monoxide(odorless) He suggested I get Carbon Monoxide alarms. 1in my bedroom & 1 down stairs. I will do that very soon. When that part finally cracks, then I will need a new furnace. Ballpark price $4-5000.00 No repairs needed on furnace. It has been heating very well during this severe frigid weather. I will call Classic Aire when I need a new furnace. Frank gave me info that will save my life. Thank you very much Frank❣️

Joe, as always, was great! He checked our radiators, boiler and everything else thoroughly and all is good. Your service people are all so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Vince went beyond the basic flue pipe replacement service we needed and completed a thorough check of our furnace. We're preparing our home for sale and need everything in solid working condition. Having a professional inspect our furnace's efficiency and condition will greatly give us and a prospective buyer confidence in our HVAC system.

My furnace went out Sunday evening during the snow/cold storm that came through St Louis in mid January, dropping the inside of my house to around 45 degrees overnight. I was worried it would take a few days to even get someone out given the weather and other potentially having heating issues, however I had a new full system installed by the next day.

Travis
He was the first person to come by the house, Monday morning (next morning) to inspect my existing furnace. It turned out both motors had seized, which is what I had thought was the case. Travis gave me a quick estimate on the cost to replace both motors, but suggested I at least talk with their project manager about a new system as my existing system was about 40 years old.

Keith
He was the project manager and we discussed new options, differences between systems, how they compare to my existing system, what rebates were available, and what payment options there were. Keith came by later Monday afternoon and stayed until around 7pm running numbers across a few different options to give me a full picture estimate of various systems. I decided to move forward with an option that we felt was the best fit for my central air usage, cost, and getting the most out of the available rebates. I called Keith back around 8pm to move forward, and he was able to get a little more on the rebates to bring the price down a couple hundred dollars more than we had discussed. Keith was able to get me scheduled for next day install of the furnace to return heat to the house as he was concerned about my comfort but also shared my concern for my pipes with the harsh cold weather we were having.

Jerrod
He was my install guy Tuesday morning and showed up at 7:30am. He started right away by removing the old system, explaining what he was going to do with my existing duct work and how it would fit in with the new furnace. He was complete around 1:30pm, and then walked me through all the work he did and walked me through the new thermostat. As an added bonus, Jerrod had to stop by Wednesday afternoon as he had left a tool in my basement. While here grabbing the tool, I had mentioned that the fan on the system continued to run even after I turned off the system. He took a quick look at it and did some adjusting of the pins for the fan system and I was set

Elizabeth
I didn't have a large interaction with Elizabeth, but she called to reschedule my AC condenser installation. Given the continued cold, she gave me a quick call asking about pushing the install date out to a later date to have warmer temperatures for the install of the outside condenser unit. I knew the temperature would play a factor in getting it installed as Keith mentioned Monday evening that they need warmer weather for outdoor condensers. But Elizabeth was incredibly polite and quick getting a new date set. She also gave me a heads up that I would see the paperwork for having the inspector to come being delivered soon, but to wait until the condenser is installed before having them come out otherwise they fill fail the inspection.

Post Install
although it has only been about 3 days since the new system was installed, I can already tell what a huge upgrade it is. The house heats in about 2/3rds the time it was taking before with my old system, while being significantly more quiet. After Jerrod had adjusted the fans, the system was so quiet that I thought he had gone too far the other way on the adjusting and the system wasn't kicking on anymore, thats how quiet it was. Overall, just an excellent experience with everyone I dealt with over the last couple days, and I am super appreciative that they were able to get me set up so quick given the weather and everything. As an added bonus, the price felt very reasonable from doing my own research and preparing myself for what it would probably cost. With the rebates and everything, it came in a few thousand dollars less than I was expecting for a better system than I was originally doing my price estimation against

Today was a good day for me. Bret was my rescuer! I called Classic Aire Care and their response was courteous and immediate! I have been with this company for over thirty years and I highly recommend them along with Bret for plumbing. Bret’s temperament and plumbing knowledge was insurmountable! I recommend Bret and the Classic Aire Care Plan! This plan helps when there is a need.

Anthony is very knowledgeable and has diagnosed issues that previous techs did not discover. He has a pleasant and professional demeanor. Overall, I would definitely recommend him as well as the company overall, as evidenced by the fact that I have used Fazold, now Classic, for about 20 years.

Great service provided by Travis with Classic Air. He was polite, knowledgeable and fixed our furnace in a prompt manner. He did such a good job, my wife and I signed up for a membership.

Eric is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. My furnace was short cycling. He quickly repaired the problem, plus thoroughly explained the payment and mantainence options, which were very reasonable. It was a pleasure welcoming him into my home. I am very happy I went with Classic Aire.

Justin was very professional and detailed, he explained everything to me in a simple language. He took time going through the system, checking everything. And above all his people skills were top notch, very courteous

Great, friendly service! Replaced my water heater with a comercial line grade system. Replaced the unit within the timeframe they estimated. They arrived exactly when they said they would with heads up text to let me know they were on their way. Very helpful.

Chris was very professional and polite. He gave positive advice about changing the filter. He cleaned his work area. I will be using Classic Aire Care for all future service on furnace and AC in the future

Really professional install crew. The tech who came out originally was great as well. I feel like I got a good deal out n a nice Lennox unit that will last me at least 15 years if not longer

Chase did a thorough job of checking each of our heating and A/C systems. He checked our thermostats also. He was kind and helpful. I asked for his card so I could call him if needed in the future.

Eli provided the annual maintenance on my furnace and I appreciate the service he provided. He provided a thorough inspection and explanation of what he found. We also discussed options available and helped to make additional appointments needed. He also provided the estimates we discussed very quickly. Thanks Eli for taking such good care of my system!

Brody G. performed a plumbing maintenance inspection. He was very professional and thorough, answering all my questions in great detail, including one about draining my water heater. When I initially made the appointment I was told it would include draining it. When I asked Brody about that, he informed me that is typically only for tankless water heaters. He went on to explain to me what every part on the water heater is, what it does, what could go wrong if he drained it, and that everything appeared to be in good working order. I really appreciated his patience and his ethical standards. I would gladly welcome him in my home for all my plumbing inspections and would highly recommend him to others.

Excellent experience with Classic Aire and Gary O. From the initial call to the completion of the job I was treated professionally and respectfully. Gary was a good natured, friendly technician who seems to take pride in his work. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer of Classic Aire for years and am very happy with the service they provide. Today’s (1/14/26) visit was to reset my thermostat that I messed up and install new batteries. I was having trouble doing both so I called them for help. Russ was today’s technician from Classic Aire and he was AWESOME — very friendly, helpful, and fast!!!
