I really appreciate the flat rate instead of hourly rates I got from others. Our main sewer line was clogged and Kevin was able to unclog it from the roof. Great job!!

Kevin is the go to guy for drain cleaning. I've used his services at home and rental property. He knows what he's doing, has the right tools, and treated me very fairly.

Kevin Mahoney at River City Sewer & Drain did a GREAT job for me this morning. We have two toilets on the second floor that share a common wall and flow into the same pipe. We have had a variety of challenges with these toilets over the years with slow draining or backed-up toilets. A few years ago I called one of the big name companies to get them working. They came up with an enormous and very heavy tool on wheels that left marks on our carpet on each step of the staircase. They were not friendly at all. Today Kevin was extremely friendly, showed up 10 minutes early, came on less than one-day notice, and brought one tool in that he carried to my basement. He explained to me how the problem was occurring and was able to show me in the pipes where there was an issue. And he had the whole problem solved in less than 45 minutes. And he charged me less than half of what the big-name company charged. I will always go back to River City Sewer & Drain if we ever have problems again with our toilets.

Had a floor drain in the basement that was starting to back up. Called around 8:30pm on a Friday night, and Kevin was at the house by 10:45am the next morning.
