Marion was very prompt and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve our electrical issue.

Had an outside electrical problem. They came the same day and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Seemed very very honest. They only charged me for a basic service call.There is a reason why they have other great reviews .If I have another problem I will not call anyone else but Rio Salado. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and very helpful. Victor helped us to identify the initial and potential future problems that we have with our home electrical system and was able to accurately fix the problem for the time being. He was greatly appreciated in our home and we are Looking forward to having him come back to help us.

I called JB Electric Company with a problem with both my ceiling fans. Their electrician showed up in less than 20 minutes and within an hour had my problem solved.He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

The electrician was outstanding, very knowledgeable, helpful and clear in outlining the steps he would take to fix my problem. He even arrived early for my appointment, assessed the situation and started working on the problem. From start to finish the entire experience was awesome and I recommend!!

Joel was very knowledgeable and explained everything He was going to do before the job. He relocated several wires and rewired outlets for us after our home flooded. I would definitely recommend JB Electric Company and will use them again in the future if needed.

JB Electric Company did a fantastic job of replacing my electric meter and bringing my service up to code. They also hardwired my vintage front door bell that never existed and it works great! They were on time, courteous and they cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal experience with JB Electric Company! They installed boxes, ran wiring and installed all 3 fans. Their work was very professional and timely. Furthermore they made sure everything was clean before they left. We couldn't have asked for better service! I cannot thank the electricians enough for the great experience. Use this company!

Very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and professional. This should have been a simple under-cabinet lighting install. Other electricians claimed they had to do more work that I knew was not necessary. JB Electric Company was honest, very reasonably priced, and did a great job on the install. Would recommend and use again.

We were very impressed from start to finish. The specialist came out to give us a free estimate within days after I contacted him. He listened to our needs and gave us his expert advice and a quote soon after. The quote was reasonable and fair. The job was scheduled for two weeks later. The workman he sent were professional and their work ethic was very good. They Worked very neatly and cleaned up any dust left behind. They checked off 3 lighting projects in one day. We would have to say they exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful we now have a new favorite electrician.

Missed four appointments then th guy not replied

Missed 3 appointments. No shows, no call each time.

I called needing emergency service. They are a SCAM outfit! Don’t even bother!

Was supposed to arrive between 10:15am and 2:15pm. Tech called at 1pm and said he was 30 min out. It’s 3:10pm and he’s MIA. Wasting my day.

An appointment was set up And I had a critical situation and a few hours later they called and try to change it to the next day and then claimed that that’s when the appointment was originally made for but it was not. I had agreed to purchase the premier plan and ended up asking for a refund. I had a critical problem and they just no showed

I contacted JB Electric to get an electrician to provide me with information regarding some electrical work I needed done. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 9-1. I did not receive a phone call and contacted the company to verify if a technician was on their way. I was advised that a manager would call me back within 30 minutes, and no one contacted me. The person I spoke with originally sold me on a Premium Home Services membership, and as such has been a thorn in my side as every time I contact the number I am re-routed to the PHS call center where I am speaking with a dispatcher that has no relation to this company. This is the biggest scam I have ever come into contact with. Having a company tout 5 star ratings and provide such shoddy service must not be legitimate. Stay far away from this company and the PHS membership they claim is a benefit.

I called JB electric to come do some work at my customer house. After paying a $229 show up fee. They set an appointment between 8-11 the following day. Nobody showed, nobody called, then finally I called them back and they said there was an emergency. Next day comes with no call no show again. I called back and after being on hold for 10 mins she came back and said they might be able to have somebody out there the next day. Don’t use this place as they can’t have their stuff together! W
