Graham did an excellent job of educating me as the system and the problem of any. I would recommend Graham for services.

In January our heat went out. Jerry Kelly sent out a technician the morning we called and we had a new furnace that evening. Amazing service. Great people. Fast forward 9 months and I had them come out to check out my 30 year old water heater that definitely needed to be replaced. The day after they checked it out they installed the new water heater. Shoutout to Robert H. for going above and beyond during the installation. I didn't get the name of the guy he was with, but they were both great. I would recommend Jerry Kelly to anyone I know. 10/10

Zach R came out and did my yearly service and checked everything thoroughly. Jerry Kelly always treats us good.

We initially called them to diagnose why our furnace was leaking water. Erik came out and able to figure it out quickly what the problem was. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was honest about his recommendations. We knew our unit was old and needed to be replaced when we first bought the house. (30+ years old). He was able schedule a next day installation at a time convenient for us.

The next day Kyle and Colton came out to do the installation. They explained what they were going to do, laid out tarps in their workspace, and dealt with our friendly but bark happy dogs. After the new system was installed, Kyle reviewed what they installed, and answered any questions we had.

Although their price probably isn't the cheapest, I feel like I made a good investment choosing Jerry Kelly for Hvac replacement. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy.
