Great service, very responsive to calls,and reasonable pricing

Bryan did a great job explaining everything to me!! I had a great experience with this small business, and I’ll definitely tell others!! He’s very honest and very reasonable!!!

We have used him for both service and repair he is always on time, priced fairly and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing service or repairs to their hvac system.

My furnace quit early this morning Bryan came out and fixed my furnace he also looked over my furnace after he fixed it and found a burnt wire and repaired it! Thanks for the fast and professional work will definitely use in the future!

Definitely will be consistent costumers! Contacted multiple companies, not only was Freedom Mechanical the first to get back to us, but even with a heat wave going on, they got us in the same afternoon! While not “on time” based on when we were scheduled, we were scheduled in a high need time for their services, we were fully informed of all delays and communication was made in a timely manner regarding them.

Upon arriving, everything was explained prior to beginning (including cost), choices on “would be good, but would be ok without” were explained but left entirely to us based on budget/preference. Felt zero pressure or judgement (which for a young woman in todays repair world is difficult to come by even when I know what I’m talking about) on any questions I asked or choices we were offered. Absolutely will recommend them to anyone else needing service or maintaining work for their HVAC system.

Had a newly installed MeCool universal heat & cooling unit. Had compilations I could not solve with MRCOOL and had tried several different recommended possible solutions. I contacted FreedomHVAC and he was able to solve it quickly and was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and certainly use him again. He has the answers.

I called Freedom Mechanical by basically eeny-meeny-miney-moing a list of heating/cooling businesses. I’m so glad I chose a good one! Bryan came out to do inspection and maintenance of our furnaces. He was knowledgeable,thorough, and took the time to completely explain things to me. He didn’t try to push extra services, but gave an explanation and recommendations. His pricing is very reasonable. I had a sudden heating failure during one of the coolest snaps this winter. I called around to other companies who could not get to me for hours to days. When I called Bryan he headed right over and within hours heat restored!! Will use him from now on.
