Half of our apartment was wired to one circuit and we had been without power in the half for a little over a month now. Quin came by and found the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He is very friendly, professional and he explains what could have happened and what he is doing to fix it and make it safe that really ensures our trust in his knowledge. Very pleased. Thank you 💜

M and S Electric did a phenomenal job for us. They replaced our 50 year old panel and buried the line from the pole to our house. There were some unexpected difficulties that came up and they (Quin) just did what was needed and completed the project. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This place has been declining for several years now. Find a different shop!!

Erica at the front 0/10. Very rude

The driver of one of this company’s work trucks cut me off over three lanes of traffic on 70 E. today. He did not signal his intent to change lanes and he waited until I had both signaled my intent to change lanes and begun to change into the next lane. He did this at full speed on the highway with no regard for my safety or the safety of others. I got the license plate, and I left a message with the service manager that I anticipate him responding to, but I will update my review if he does not respond. I spoke to Erica personally on the phone and she basically told me that they would take care of it, and I had nothing to worry about. She then decided to argue with me while I was Having an emotional response to almost being killed in my car on the highway. Maybe they do great electrical work, but you can’t promise they’re not killing someone on their way to doing the job you hired them to do.

I was driving home from work and we were zippering on the I-70 on ramp and Grain Valley and the M&S Electric truck sped up to not let me merge, flipped me off, and then proceeded to drive 80+ mph in the 55 mph work zone. This seems to be a reoccurring issue and I hope this person gets fired but still, I will never use this company. They are unprofessional, and extremely aggressive for me doing nothing.
