Called them because I liked the business name and support small businesses. They are amazing, going to have A/C working the same day they came out. Update- Tim just came out for my hot water problem in shower. 💯 amazing work

Today Caleb came out to do our Winter Maintenance/Tuneup on our furnace even though we didn’t get our furnace from them- just our central air for FREE. He arrived on time, changed our batteries on thermostat- didn’t realize ours was blinking, changed our furnace filter to the correct size, showed me the maintenance of the water panel, and explained what was going on with our humidifier-why it wasn’t working properly. He didn’t have the part with him- but I will certainly be reaching out to the company who installed it. He was done within the time I was quoted. So appreciated that! Great service again with Comfort Pros. Caleb was approachable and didn’t make me feel stupid with all my questions.

My technician was Joe Baker. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. If the rest of the company is anything like Joe is, I would prefer to do business with them any time I needed HVAC services.

Mr. Dunlap - I have never had a plumber that took the time to explain what was being checked and how to evaluate possible problems. When it came time to decide what to do, I had a clear estimate nd understanding of what would be done. There was no high pressure to decide. The response time was great. We are very pleased with the service provided and the respectful communication.

These guys are phenomenal!
Spent the day and into evening tracking down a furnace ignition problem, fixed it.

And only charged $89, I almost fell out of my chair.
I was told the day before I would need a new furnace for $4000.

Before you call anyone else-call Dragonfly-you will save Big time.

The service was great. Had to have the water heater replaced, and they were quick with their service. Brad was very professional and informative with my questions.

Needed a water heater replaced. Dragonfly was able to do it at a very reasonable price and short notice. Our tech was Devin, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Dragonfly Mechanical was recommended to me by a trusted coworker after I spent 2 summers struggling with AC issues and a poorly installed new AC condenser. I was desperate for a lasting solution when I contacted Dragonfly and they did not let me down.
Ross came out the same day, checked the work done by the shady previous company to ease my mind, and got me back up and running all in one visit. He was also very thorough in his explanation of his investigation, findings, and repairs, and the price was very reasonable. I feel confident that my one year old AC will FINALLY function as intended and not let me down. I will be using Dragonfly Mechanical for all my future heating and AC needs and I am recommending them to every person I come into contact with who needs heating/AC repairs.

We experienced a great service by the Dragonfly Mechanical technician Joe Baker. He well represented Dragonfly Mechanical demonstrating outstanding professional courtesy, knowledge, abilities and kindness in his approach to answering our service call. Joe is a great hire and we hope to see him again when there is a need for his skills set!

Service was excellent and friendly. Dylan explained everything very clearly and was able to educate us on the proper setting and usage of system. Would recommend Dragonfly Mechanical/Dylan to everyone.

Update on previous review. This company is amazing! They go the extra mile and the do excellent work. There is no negative side to contracting with them. I've contracted them for multiple services and they always provide realistic options and reasonable estimates. They are easy to work as well as on time every time.

Our service tech, Collin, was great!! His appearance was neat and tidy. He was polite, friendly, and explained things well. Sadly, because of our home warranty situation, we have to wait for an approval for actual repair. Meanwhile, Collin got some cool air going to hopefully tide us over.

We have nothing but nice things to say about this company. I went to get our system ready for the summer and our a/c system was done. Granted it was almost a 30 year old system. We contacted Dragonfly on a Sunday requesting a quote for a new system. By Monday we had a quote, called that Wednesday giving the company approval, and that following Monday they came to put our new system in. We even got a few phone calls from the owner asking us if we had any questions and explained the system and warranty of both the a/c unit and furnace. Once installed the workers stayed and went through everything they did and didn’t leave until we said we were happy with the work. These guys went above and beyond in my opinion. They went through our duct work and fixed all the bad pieces and redid our a/c pad. My wife and I couldn’t have picked a better company. Pricing was also very reasonable. We both didn’t feel like we were getting overcharged, compared to other quotes we got.

Amazing company! From start to finish they are quick, knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy! From a Hotel Manager these guys are worth every single cent spent!

He was very nice and professional… He diagnosed the problem of my gas heater… Ordered the part and now we’re just waiting for it to get in because we have no heat in your house… I’ve had another company that had been out here four times since the 10th of November And they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it… I think it took Joe about a half hour to diagnose the problem… Great job
Joe came back with the part and fix it within a half an hour, amazing work… I would definitely recommend not only Joe but Dragonfly Mechanical for anybody’s heating issues… What a blessing praise the Lord:))
