This company has fixed my furnace and air conditioning unit as well as performing maintenance. They have always been responsive to my calls and had the repairs completed quickly.

Called Randy, he took the time to understand the issue at hand over the phone (others I called didn't care to ask for more detail about the issue) and he made time to be at my house for repair the next day. Very nice and thorough, fair priced, definitely recommend!

My AC quit working so I called Randy he came out my unit had the most advanced latest system in it he was pretty sure the problem was the blower motor being under warranty he had to confirm that with the factory they advised some tests which he performed they told him it wasn’t the motor it was the board he ordered a board replaced it the problem still existed they told him to order a second new board and motor and replace both of them the unit still failed to work he arranged for a factory field rep to come out with him between the two of them they were able to fix it. Randy was right in the first place it was just a bad motor and the second new board was bad from the factory Randy was professional, Persistent and got it done with all parts under warranty and a very reasonable service charge

Needed our furnace looked at after it was intermittently working and winter coming on quick. Diagnosed well and made recommendations for us. Short story, we decided to replace a 30+ year old furnace. Day of installation they did a thorough job of inspecting every inch of duct and cleaning where they were installing. End result is I was sweating in my house when it was in the 20s outside. I can turn my heating down and enjoy the results. Picked them "out of the book" (really the internet anymore) and am glad we chose them. Highly recommended!

Woke up to 82 degrees in the house. Was referred by a friend to call Randy. He was quick to come check out our issue with our fairly old unit. He took the time to properly diagnose our problem & get it fix. He was honest with very reasonable rates. We will calling him for any future issues.

I purchased a building and wanted an industrial look and feel with exposed duct work added in, and I had a short time frame to get it installed. I was given Randy’s number and he answered my call first attempt. He got me a quote within 2 days and had my supplies ordered and installed within a week!!! He did exactly what I asked for but he also gave me suggestions for best air flow and took great consideration for what my unit needed to heat and cool my space. While he was installing my new duct work at my new shop location he also repaired a unit at my home. Randy and his employee were friendly and polite. I will call again!

These guys put in my new heat and air. They chose a ductless system that is economical and keeps my entire house warm. They were very professional and very personable.They were efficient and cleaned up nice and replaced my crawl space they had to remove. I highly recommend this company.

We needed our AC unit disconnected and later reconnected due to a construction project. Randy was quick to respond and also to fit us into his schedule. Both he and his two workers were very kind, easy to talk to, and easy to work with. They had no hesitation to answer educational questions and to strike up friendly small talk. Their work is based on the principle of leaving the worksite as good or better than they found it, cleaning up after themselves, and being respectful. I find these things as well as good communication to be very rare among contractors. All the work was done well and quickly at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We woke up to a very cold house recently as our heating system would not kick on. Called 4B to see if they could send someone. I did not expect someone to come by on the same day I called but I received a call back saying they could be there later the same day. I braced myself for the worst (like needing a new furnace) but serviceman explained the situation and it ended up being a small issue. He didn't try and sell me unnecessary parts etc and fixed what needed fixed. We are here 6 weeks later and furnace still working fine. He also let us know furnace still probably has some years left on it. Highly recommend. Very honest and reliable company in my opinion.
