Tune up gave me bad news about one of my units. But was able to schedule survey amd quote for replacement. Tech estimated cost of repair versus new unit to allow for informed decision moving forward.

Seth was great! Very knowledgeable about how my unit works and explained things in a way I could understand. He gave me several options to choose from regarding my HVAC issues. Will be using them again.

Terrific service! Tyson was efficient, experienced, friendly, and professional. He advised us as to the condition of our HVAC and what we should do for the next maintenance appointment.
We will renew our yearly contract.

Marvin and Johnathon were here to check my A/C and toilet. They were very professional in their appearance and in their attitude. You can put your confidence in them knowing they’ve got your best interests in mind. I’m more and more confident in Paschal and their service! We arrived from Las Vegas and our guest house had no heat. Called Paschal the next morning and they said a technician could come that afternoon. Called back to let me know he was not only on his way that morning, but located the blown fuse, replaced it and gone thirty minutes later with heat working. Outstanding service from the office to the technician. Thank you.

Our plumber Tony Clark was awesome, came in greeted everyone and found our issue within five minutes.

30 minutes later it was resolved.

Great service, will use again.

Paschal responded right away,set up an appt & would keep in contact & showed up on time. Micheal was really nice & seen what was wrong & fixed it right away. To me, the cost was affordable & am happy that job is done! Thank you!

This was our 3rd Service call with Paschal. This call, we had a drain blockage at about 2:15 pm. I called and the Person Answering the (my apologies for forgetting her name) was absolutely WONDERFUL. She expressed honest compassion and set to work getting us the earliest appt. At first she thought in ay be the next day, however, she kept trying and was able to get us a service call TODAY. She immediately booked it and said it may be later in the day. It didn't matter to us as long as it was today. My wife has stage 4 cancer and being with out PLUMBING of any kind is a MAJOR ISSUE. SO just getting same day service was AWESOME. I got a text less than 15 minutes later from the Service Tech saying he would be on his was shortly. We got a phone call 15 minutes later saying he would be here in a half hour, 18 minutes later He arrived. The Gentleman, Caleb Arrington, was AWESOME. He began the trouble shoot, Explained EVERY STEP in a everyday person way. Listened to what I said. Then explained the options and what he was doing and with prices...He worked the problem, got the issue fixed and offered real world advice. He was a complete Professional Gentleman. He worked clean, clean up after the work. Caleb was exactly what someone would want to perform a service call, specially on something that is NOT Cheap, is an absolute necessity. To say that for a bad situation, Paschal Plumbing made the absolute best experience possible is an understatement. And even though is was not in-expensive, it was much better than I anticipated. Over all, I give Pascal a 10 star rating, 1 for same day service, excellent customer service, excellent tech service and NOT UPSELLING. Like I said this is our 3rd service call, and each has been a fantastic experience, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PASCHAL for any service. In the future, and I know there will be (old home), I will consider no one else. In a day when Customer Service and Tech Service Quality is hard to find, Paschal is an example of how it should be.

The Tech was professional and informative. Serious problem with one system and he notified the person who goes over new system installs and was able to have him meet with us today and get this resolved. Our tech was top notch!

Jake was super professional and pleasant. Don’t know when I will see him again as the prepaid checks have run out. But I will certainly contact Paschall if anything breaks. Good to know you do plumbing, heating and electric. Working with one provider I trust is definitely worth more than 2 or 3 I don’t know or trust

Our technician was right on time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciated his expertise and he was able to set us up on a yearly schedule to get our heat, air and plumbing inspected and covered for repair. I highly recommend Paschal Air, Plumbing and Electric.

Roberto was the technician that came to my rescue when a snake got into my AC unit. He was very helpful and pleasant and got the job done very efficiently. I would highly recommend him to friends and family🤔

I give technician Bruce Taylor & his assistant an A+ rating. Their professionalism and teamwork was amazing. They basically arrived with out any prior images or information regarding the old system to be replaced. Bruce had to manually reshape the outside air duct to work with the new unit.
He also had to modify the inside home air return opening to accept the new furnace air filter. Extremely pleased with entire process.

Our hot water heater had started leaking when on higher temps so we called Paschal. We got next day service and the amazing tech Armando Contreras and all in that same day he
- Diagnosed the problem as not just an old water heater but high pressure in our utilities connection.
- Walked us through the benefits and detriments of repairing our 2001 water heater with a new T&P valve.
- At our request ordered the new unit to be delivered same day to our house.
- Installed the pressure limiter in the crawl space
- Removed the old water heater and cleaned up the mess that came with it.
- Helped us set up financing with a local partnership.
- Installed the new water heater and cleaned up any remaining mess.
- At our request walked us through proper care and maintenance.
Not only was Armando professional he was kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make both us and our over excited corgi feel at ease. We started the day panicked about our financial and thermal prospects and ended at ease and in a hotter shower than we have been able to have in awhile. 100% will Paschal again.

Kitchen sink stopped up on a busy Friday morning. Got a plumber out within a couple of hours He went right to work and fixed our problem for a reasonable rate. Highly recommend Paschal Plumbing!

Paschal did an excellent job for us, again. Today, my heat pump was functioning in a way that I was unsure was a problem. I was able to confer with them, and they suggested a tech come out to look based on my description. They were able to work me into the schedule, same day, came out, and quickly assessed the problem. They are always responsible and knowledgeable and able to schedule to get the job accomplished. My tech was able to identify and explain the problem and give the alternative solutions available. He was patient and answered all of my questions clearly.

Wesley Clark came today to do maintenance on our heat and air conditioning, and he did an excellent job! He's professional, friendly, and very competent. It is obvious he knows what he's doing, and we'd highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs.

Rick was great! Wasn't able to fix my water heater but not for lack of trying and going through it with me! Really appreciate him! Explained what was needed done and told me the best route for fixing it! Buy a new one lol part of being a home owner! Grateful for his help and time!

Michael worked very hard to find the leak and fixed it! I really appreciate his diligence. He was also very well mannered and I appreciated that so much! Thank you Paschal for hiring a very thorough technician!

These guys saved us from the summer heat and their price was decent. The service tech was fast and friendly and got us going while explaining what he was doing. I am very satisfied and I know who to call next time

Kevin and Wes were great. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained their findings as they went through the tuneup/inspection and answered all my questions. I'll definitely be using Paschal in the future. Thank you both.
