Brandon Lechner, Plumbing Professional, did the work. He was excellent in all regards. I would highly recommend him to anyone for any type of plumbing work.

Honest, upfront, was willing to give us the time of day without charging us all kinds of money. Cody was our specialist and he did an amazing job moving us forward.. Now we have some options And know what the issue is with confidence thanks to this company. If you want to figure out what’s going on and get some options to fix it, these guys are your guys

I rarely leave reviews, but tonight was more than deserving. My family just installed a new thermostat and the heat would not turn off. The house was getting up into the lower 80s and we have a newborn. I called Hoffman Brothers and Nick answered the phone at first. He offered to come out first thing in the morning, but then after hearing the severity of the situation, he immediately fixed my problem. The amount of knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. This company will forever be a business. I refer to and that I will use for all of my HVAC needs thank you guys again.

Nick Horrell has done my last two servicing events - an annual service and a repair. He was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain issues when I had questions. Hoffman bros is always responsive, which I appreciate.

Dustin showed up on time, each visit. Our pup didn’t even bark at him and if your dog likes a person, they’re in! Dustin explained everything to us, what we needed (if we didn’t have.. a flange. What IS that??). Got the job done and was very personable. We would request him again if we have plumbing issues. Switched out two faucets

Matthew was very professional and did a great job of explaining everything to me and what my options were. He was very validating, respectful and I would absolutely use you guys again.

Joseph did a very good job. He explained the issue, let me know the estimated cost and finished in a time manner. This was my first time using Hoffman but will do in the future if needed

Hoffmann Brothers was fantastic! They came out and addressed my issue next day and sent a follow up inspector the following all for an agreeable fee. Their team took the time to educate me on some elements of my home’s plumbing and gave me some maintenance advice. I truly appreciate their team and will definitely be calling them next time I need service!

Justin came in and installed a new water heater, as mine was 30+ years old. He replaced some pipe work on the water and gas side that needed to be redone anyways and it looks fantastic. I appreciate the hard work and pride to make it look professional.

Five is not tough stars to give my Hoffman technician, Kyle. My mother-in-law’s power was out for 10 days after an F3 tornado hit our area. The storm knocked a tree down that fell on her electric service lines, pulling the outside meter away from her house and into the yard and destroying the fuse box inside the house. Kyle came out and explained that he’d have to replace the box and meter before the power could be restored, but with 10s of thousands of people out of power, they were backed up until at least two weeks out. The next day we learned that Kyle had negotiated with Hoffmann and the city to get the meter and box fixed, the city’s inspection completed, and the power restored, all in a single day—and a full week earlier than the original estimate. The power was restored today after Kyle spent the entire day at my MIL’s house, from 7 am to 6 pm, to insure the job got done. We are so grateful vexuae my MIL is dependent on oxygen, and her time without power was punctuated by a hospital stay. Thank you, Kyle!

Coty from hoffman brothers was extremely helpful. They were the 2nd to come and give a bid. He was very upfront and honest and definitely knowledgeable about his work. He gave us many different options with the estimate and made us feel like we understand so much more about what's going on with our house

Work was very professional and thorough while working on my sewer blockage. Bradley explained everything he was going to do and what issues he found setting up an appointment for Matt to scope my lines.

Follow up camera work by Matt was again very professional and thorough. He explained what was found through the scoping and options with estimates to possible solutions to the problems found. Matt explained what each option entailed so that I could decide which option was best to proceed with and scheduled that option as soon as possible.

Both Matt and Bradley were very helpful.

Matt was very professional and knowledgable. He explained the issues on both appliances dishwasher and washing machine and discussed cost of repair before he started fixing them. I didnt feel like repairs or service call price were overly priced. He also discussed an annual service plan that sounded like a good plan. I was not interested at this time. He explained the plan but not in a high pressure way. I will use this company again and request Matt.

Ryan came out to service our Dacor microwave. He was outstanding. Explained things well and was very personable. He even offered suggestions and tips on how to keep microwave working properly and extend its life expectancy.highly recommend and will be using again.

Spencer was great. He was competent and thorough performing the tune up and cleaned the sensor that needed it. We discussed the age of my heater and we discussed my options. As always, Hoffman Brothers are great to deal with, which is why I keep utilizing their service.

The level of professionalism that James, Brandon and Silas gave us in our home was excellent! They walked us through each step and insured us of purchases and what was best for our needs. They also quality checked everything and gave us no hassle plans with timelines that worked for us. The straightforwardness was definitely appreciated.

I kept getting faint whiffs of gas from behind my stove. I called Spire and they suspected an old/broken shutoff valve and changed that, but also mentioned (thankfully) that if I continued to smell gas it was likely the older section of pipe behind my stove that was the culprit. Sure enough, I still faintly smelled gas. I called Spire back and had them shut my gas off, then called around to get quotes from a few plumbers to replace that section of my gas run and - - - worst case scenario - - - possibly replace my entire gas run (4 connected appliances). I got bids for both projects, just in case, as I'm someone who likes to plan and price ahead. Not only was Hoffmann available sooner that almost every other plumber with whom I spoke, their bid was also the most reasonable I received for both potential projects (replace just a section of the gas run, or the whole gas run). Some other bids I got were 2x higher than the prices quoted by Hoffmann. When Dustin came to my home to take a look and assess for the bids, he was kind, courteous, and respectful. I felt comfortable with him in my home, and he was patient with my overly-friendly dogs. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to assess the situation and give me his opinion. He expressed clearly that he suspected it was only the one older section of the gas run that needed replaced, and also explained what he could do in replacing that section to also bring my water heater to code, which it wasn't. He agreed to also give me the higher bid for the more extensive job (if needed), but maintained he did not think it would be necessary. At no point did I feel pressured to choose the more expensive option. If anything, he encouraged me to be more conservative first, which I appreciated. (The Spire guy had basically said the same thing.) They bid on the job just 48 hours after my gas was shut off and then were available to fix it as soon as a few days later (my bid was at the end of a week). Dustin returned the following Tuesday morning bright and early, replaced the questionable section of the gas run, and did a pressure test using air to make sure there was no more leak. He was done by noon. I was then able to call Spire the same day, and have my gas turned back on before COB. When Spire arrived they also did a pressure test at the meter (with the gas on) and stated it looked good. They inspected Dustin's work and were happy with it. Because I passed the safety test without issue, I got my gas back on as soon as they were done. I found the pricing reasonable and would definitely use Hoffmann again in similar situations. Thank you, Dustin, for helping me get my stove, hot water, and heat back up and running so quickly.

I've used them multiple times at myrtle homes in St Louis. They've been slightly early each time and are extremely professional. I always feel like I'm NOT being over sold. I enthusiastically recommend Hoffman!

I had a subpanel and surge protector installed in my residence on March 7, and Michael J. and his assistant arrived on time and were fast and efficient on the installation! They were professional and very informative and answered all of my questions. The job was done neatly and they left no debris behind! I would definitely recommend Hoffman Bros to my family and friends! If you want it done, and done right call Hoffman Brothers!

Jim was prompt,pleasant and professional. I've had such a hard time finding a reliable affordable service so to discover that not only do they repair heating systems but also appliances,electrical issues,plumbing,roofing and air conditioning systems for a low monthly membership.
