Sucked. Whole time we were there they put out 1 small pan of chicken, which was uncoocked.

They have terrible customer support. They won't back their products. They use unqualified dealers. Buy another system if you want a company that backs their products.

Terrible customer service. Thousands of dollars spent for the Belleville Police Department to get two new units for a huge building and no one from service will come out and turn them on and if we do it voids the warranty. We have been waiting weeks.. don't go with this company.
