Absolutely awesome. Great customer service, great work, fast and reliable. I've had Shawn out 3 times for 3 different things and has been amazing each time.

My first review of this company. Great as usual (this time Kevin was awesome), every time we use this company.
Very reasonable and thorough. Doesn’t ever get better than that.

We have called Farr Better Plumbing on two separate occasions now for various problems and the service has been exceptional! Speedy, thorough, courteous, and very reasonable. I can recommend them without hesitation!

I used Farr to install a gas line for my new range I ordered from Lowes. Joe was fantastic and helped schedule the install to line up with the delivery date Lowes had set. Mom of 3 can’t be without a way to cook! Then Lowes delayed my delivery. Not to worry, Joe went out of his way to arrange his schedule to still get my line installed in time. Shawn was fast and professional as always. These two are my go to team! I will never call anyone else.

2 days before the holidays I thought I busted a pipe as my washer backed up into my house during the days we had frigid temps drop to -30. I called a differently company and scheduled an apt for Christmas Eve. That company collected my money and never showed up to their apt nor called me. On Christmas evening, I called Farr Plumbing and told them my situation. They explained that they would try to make it the next day, but if not for sure the following day. They had someone at my house as early as 7:30 the next morning. I can't express how grateful I was for their quick response. Going 5 days without water when you have kids, is not sustainable.

Great service. Called Farr Better Plumbing early on a Saturday morning due to what appeared to be a leak from a pipe in the ceiling of our basement. Bryan arrived within the hour. After a thorough assessment, he discovered a slow leak from the water line from the dishwasher upstairs that was making it's way down a network of pipes. The problem turned out to be much simpler than I had thought it would be. The old line couldn't be fixed with tightening or "goop", but Bryan had the appropriate replacement part in his truck. He stayed to ensure the problem was resolved. A job very well done in a timely manner for much less than I thought it would cost. I highly recommend Farr Better Plumbing.

We just had some plumbing work in our master bathroom and we couldn't be more pleased. The work was done quickly and the cost was low. Chuck was personable and did great work.

We rented their 3 bathroom trailer for our outdoor wedding. Stacy in the office was phenomenal with communication! They made the whole process so easy for us and worked with our venue on the right time to deliver it and placed it exactly where it needed to go. Our guests had such good things to say about the bathrooms in the trailer & it really made our event a success! I would recommend them anytime!

Farr Better Plumbing is by "Farr" the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. Punctual, very courteous and polite and cost was unbelievable compared to other quotes we received. Mike was our serviceman and he was phenomenal! We are a lifetime customer after today's repair!

Called on Monday morning (always a busy time), got a plumber scheduled between 3-5 pm! Got a call at 3:05 that plumber was on the way. Bryan came, fixed our problems. Very nice, very professional. We highly recommend this company. Second time we used them and have nothing but praise for everything they've done for us.

Fantastic service! I just purchased my first house, and have never had to call a plumber before. I wasn't sure what to expect, but for some reason I imagined it was going to be difficult and expensive. Happy to say it was neither! I had called to fix some leaking issues under my kitchen sink. Chuck came out and hooked it up! Literally! I have no idea what's going on under the sink, but I got some new pipes or hoses or whatever, it looks so much more organized... And it's DRY!! Job well done!
I also want to mention, he advised my garbage disposal was broken and to call the company and use the year warranty with it. Told me exactly what was wrong and what to say.
ALSO! I thought I had some sump pump issues, he took a look and said it was all good. What a relief!
Im done looking for a plumber. If the need ever arises again, I will 100% call this company again. Highly recommended!! Amazing work! Thank you!!

I recently hired Farr Better Plumbing to repair a leak in the main water supply line to our home in Republic. They came out promptly to provide us with a estimate. Once we approved the estimate they came out very quickly to make the repair. The quality of their work and professionalism are second to none! You can't even tell that they had to dig up part of our front yard!

I am extremely pleased and intend to use them whenever the need arises.

I recently had to contact Farr on two occasions as I had no water and then no hot water at my newly built home. Needless to say I was super frustrated with my situation both times I had to call. My mood quickly changed because of the quick response and kindness of both Shaun and Joe.
Shaun came to my home both times. Not only is he super knowledgeable, hard working and friendly but he came after regular business hours to ensure we had hot water. Furthermore, when the warranty parts for our tankless water heater were not going to come in for over a week, he searched and found them locally same day. Lastly, while at my home I mentioned that my dishwasher was not working without hesitation he took a look at it and fixed it within minutes!!
Shaun definitely went above and beyond for us and I could not be more thankful! Because of him and Joe, I will forever be a customer of Farr’s and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The only plumber we will be using from now on! Had the BEST experience with them from start to finish after a bad experience with another company we had used for awhile. They worked us in and got us hot water the same day and I’m so thankful for that! Joe was great on the phone and very informative and Sean came to the rescue in person and was awesome and quick! Thank you all!!

Highly recommend. Good value. Text to confirm they were on the way. Professional and kind service man who resolved all our issues. He took a look at our softener after a faucet was clogged just to be sure. Very thorough.

We had a very bad clogged pipe so my husband called Farr plumbing at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. I wasn’t expecting them to answer but they did and someone came out on a Sunday morning at 8am and had it fixed in 2 hours. This was a very bad large clog too. I was sure we would have to replace the pipes but he fixed it and fast! Their price was great the service was amazing. We will be using them every time! Thank you Farr for the fast awesome repair.

I had the toilets in my 35 yo house replaced by FBP. My appt was for 8 a.m., and appreciated the reminder texts the night before, and 15 min before the appointment stating the technician was on his way. Kevin arrived a few minutes before 8, and went straight to work. He was courteous and professional. Even though the replacement toilets hadn't arrived from the warehouse, FBP quickly found a way to get them here. They replaced the old water lines, in some cases had to put down a new metal flange to install the replacement, and cleaned up everything before he left. I could definitely recommend FBP to others.

We have used Farr Better Plumbing several times over the years. They are excellent people to work with and always do a quality job. Chuck has responded to our last two service calls and it has been great - very nice guy that really knows how to fix things.

I contacted this company in search of a plumber. They were quick to return my call, which isn’t often the case with contracting. The thing that really sealed it for me was I scheduled an appointment then called again the following day to try and rearrange my time as I was trying to juggle this with work. Although the receptionist was friendly, we weren’t able to sync up schedules so I kept my original appointment which was no big deal. Very quickly after Joe called me and said “you just tell me what you need” Little did he know I was one disappointment away from a breakdown. I’ve been battling a horrible home flip experience and it was so very relieving feeling like I had someone on my side. Fast forward to the day of my appointment and Skyler arrives at my house. He was prompt and friendly. I start discussing this and that and he quickly says “you don’t have to worry about that- that’s for me to worry about” Again, just top notch. I can’t express enough about how great these guys are. It’s more than just plumbing knowledge they are truly amazing people. I will never hire another plumber outside of this company again and I will forever recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber

We have used Farr Better plumbing once before and loved the quality of work they do. So Friday night was no different. Had water back up out of our drains and flooded part of our house. They were very honest about how busy they were and it would probably be Sunday until they could get with us. Which we made due. Chuck came out on Sunday and did a fantastic job explaining what the issue was and fixed our problem. We appreciate all your hardworking and will continue to use this service!

I had a gas leak a couple of months ago, they sent Rook out and he did an amazing job. Very pleased and highly recommend. He was knowledgeable, efficient and answered all my questions. They also repaired my sewer line a few years ago.
