We have used Fresh Aire for all our HVAC needs since 2019. They have kept our system operating well, are super easy to schedule. Their technicians are on time, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We just had our first of likely many routine maintenance with Fresh Air Heating & Cooling. We are first time homeowners and know very little about HVAC maintenance, and our technician Joe K. was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very patient in explaining a variety of things for us. He provided us with some recommendations that likely went above and beyond what his job required. You guys have a great employee, and we are very satisfied. Thank you!

We were recommended Fresh Air by our neighbors. So glad they did! Gwen that answered our call was super nice and helpful and was able to get us scheduled with a technician same day! Our technician, Brad was very respectful of our home and property. He was extremely quick and efficient. Explained what the issue was and got us back up and running in about 30-45 minutes! I will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone going forward!

Service Tech showed up the same day we called (97 deg outside) and did a thorough evaluation of our system. He made some adjustments, performed tests and cleaning, and restored our system quickly!

I called for my a/c. They were out in 2 hours, and I found a capacitor had blown. They could have told me something much more expensive, but didn't.

From the friendly, efficient service coordinator to the knowledgeable technicians, every interaction has been top-notch. They stay on top of our annual service agreement so our systems are always well-maintained, and whenever an issue comes up, no matter how hot or cold it is outside, they schedule a repair technician right away. I couldn’t recommend Fresh Air more than based on our most recent experience with them. Over the years we have worked with several different HVAC companies in St. Louis. Sometimes based on availability in an emergency situation.

We moved into a new house within the last year and we had a different company, which is a very large and reputable company in St. Louis who we had worked with before, come out for a tuneup for our systems a couple of weeks ago. After they checked out our units, I was told that the blower motor for the main floor unit was leaking oil and that it would eventually dry out and seize up. I was told that we needed a new furnace and given pricing. I thought it was a bit odd that I had not been shown what the issue was, only told about it, and something in my gut told me to get a second opinion, especially given the cost of the furnace options that were quoted. So, knowing that we had worked with Fresh Air in the past, I reached out to get pricing on units from Jim who was fantastic to work with. For starters, Fresh Air pricing on their units was better. Then we set up a technician to come out and confirm that the unit was in fact, leaking oil and needed to be replaced. Howard, from Fresh Air and within only a few minutes confirmed that there was in fact, no problem at all with the system and he could not recommend replacing it at this point.

Fresh Air has gone about their business with integrity and has solidified that we will be working with them in the future for all of our HVAC needs. As for the other company, I will be leaving them a review via Google as well.

We have been using Fresh Air for over 25 years. We have been very happy with every aspect of their service. Mike Bommarito just serviced our units. We got to know Mike over the years and he always does an outstanding job.

Jeff is the service technician we’ve had assigned to our house. He is always on time, pleasant, and professional. I truly appreciate that he explains issues in a language understandable for a layperson. I’ve been using Fresh Air for years and am always happy with the excellent customer service.

Chris (technician) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. This company is not a hard sell for things you don’t need. I did buy the maintenance package, my choice, not a hard sell by the technician. The price is very reasonable. I was very happy with the service from Fresh Air and do recommend them.

Our air conditioning stopped functioning during an extreme heat wave, and Fresh Air was here within 24 hours. Our technician, Chris, was very helpful and explained what our problem was. Our air conditioning was back on in less than half an hour. I also appreciated the company texted me when the technician was on his way, and included a picture so that we knew who we were expecting. Would recommend this company.

Great for their yearly service program for two visits a year. Reasonable rates and nice inspection results as well as providing guidance on potential future issues or repair costs. Was able to easily schedule an appointment and pay for renewal at first service for the year.

Always professional, helpful, patient and thorough. Nick came today to do our semi annual check/maintenance. He was so patient and answered all questions and gave us some options. We knew we would be replacing our unit soon (this one lasted 20 years) and Nick was so helpful! We have used Fresh Air for over 20 years and always have great service.

When AC went off yesterday, I contacted Fresh Air. Their tech, Howard, arrived to fix the problem this morning in 15 minutes. I’ve used them for 30+ years; their service has stayed this good.
