Reiner Electric provided a reasonable bid based on layout drawings of a kitchen remodel. The electricians were accommodating to minor issues and extras were reasonably priced. I would use Reiner again.

Used Reiner to install canned lighting in unfinished part of basement to brighten up area. They came out to provide an estimate, scheduled the work, and the they arrived to perform work when anticipated. The wiring was clearly wired out, circuit marked in box, cleaned up any mess made, and everything worked as expected. We will use again and would recommend.

Reiner Electric is my go-to company for all my electrical needs! Fast, professional, friendly, extremely capable, and priced effectively! They've done several projects for me and I've always been completely satsfied.

I had an outdoor sump pump installed by an irrigation company to protect my house from surface flooding. Their solution for power was to run an extension cord to an outdoor outlet. I wanted more protection against flooding during the power failures that often follow storms. I wanted battery power and not a loud ICE generator. I needed someone to take on an unusual, but small custom job. Reiner installed the device I found in such a way that the device (power failure inverter / battery charger) and battery are both indoors and protected. This involved an addition to the panel and running lines through concrete. This was all done quickly and cleanly and has worked perfectly.

These guys have been great. They've done for us things as simple as running a new outlet in the basement to a full panel/service upgrade. We highly recommend them.

I found this company by talking to a local electrical supplier and they recommended three contractors in Ballwin, MO area. After vetting the contractors, it was clear to me that Reiner Electric LLC was the top contender.
My first impression was they answered the phone. This is rare today and Laura Reiner was very pleasant, promptly answered my questions and provided paperwork needed to make a decision. I asked for a few options with cost and it was provided, no pressure, just cooperation.
The next day Rob Reiner, owner inspected the scope of work. We had requested complete new electrical service to include metal mast, weather head, meter box and breaker box. He explained all options, procedure and assured me the job would be done in one day. We received our estimate by email the following day.
After selecting our options and signing the contract Laura scheduled us promptly for the following week, which amazed me in these covid days.
Work Day: Justin and Josh showed up and were very polite, and assured us they would get work done that day. Both men took the time to explain the installation, (Code changes & Ameren requirements) and had a wonderful sense of humor. When they were done they cleaned up inside and out.
If you are looking for a great family business who cares about the client, please consider Reiner Electric LLC. They have made believers out of us.

House in Ballwin, Mo Had to fix several problem's from previous owner. Most of the work was extensive and complicated. Their employees were more than competent and very professional. I can highly recommend them for any electrical work needed,

Had to restore power for an electric dryer that went out at 4pm. Explained that it was needed in preparation for my daughter’s wedding. They were out within the hour with a logical repair. These guys are great and would not hesitate to use them to use them again!

Called to solve a power supply issue I could not figure out myself. The electrician quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem (loose neutral in panel board) and checked all other connections to prevent further issues. All work was handled quickly and professionally.

We had lost power to our separate garage. The home is older and we weren't able to identify the circuit or the problem ourselves. Rob was able to quickly identify the circuit and is bidding a new installation to address the buried lost connection.

Rob met with me to discuss our project, adding about 25 can lights throughout our home in Des Peres. Very happy with the work. Had Reiner back to do all electrical on a kitchen remodel project and the work was excellent. Can't recommend enough.

Reiner Electric did a great job. They were on time, installed two ceiling exhaust fans and cleaned up any mess.

Rob was my electrician for a long time in St. Louis and he is really excellent electrician and he replaced The electric panel for the whole house I would recommended him for anybody to trust him in his home.

Reiner Electric did the electrical work on a few renovation projects that I had, and they did a very good job! They rewired the kitchens and baths, added new outlets, changed out the electrical panel, and installed new fixtures. Friendly, responsive, and efficient!

We need electrical work from time to time due to many buildings that we manage. Reiner electric has been our go to company for many reasons. They have always figured out how to solve the problem, been on time, courteous and trust worthy. Their price is similar to others but their service is above others.

We have had Reiner electric out a few times and they are always professional and solve the issue efficiently. They respond to our calls quickly and often come out within a few days. They were able to fix one problem that another electrician could not solve. We most recently had them install a new chandelier in our two story foyer and did a great job. As with all services, always ask upfront about the rates and service charges. For the chandelier there was a misunderstanding about what the exact charge would be. I should have asked more questions up front. They willingly removed the additional charge that I was not expecting. I recommend them!
