Very pleasant and the job got done well. It took a bit for the part to arrive but kept me in the loop.

New compressor motor, installed wrong size,gave me a warranty,it leaked freon ,they used wrong little tire like valves,wanted to charge me for the repair ,had to replace whole unit $ 2850.00,spent another 2500.oo,bin trying to get my money back ,filed with attorney general,one year later still will not give me full refund,don't recommend!

Rick arrived when scheduled and rerouted the condensation drain line to avoid the line freezing up during extreme low temperatures. The job was clean and efficient and should solve the problem. This is why he’s been my HVAC guy for several years now.
