We have had two visits with Nick, a wonderful electrician from Potts Electric. Nick is not only very personable, but a very knowledgeable electrician. Both times he has been to the house he has detected and remedied the problem in a very short time. We are so delighted and appreciative of the quality of his service and the kind and friendly attitude Nick shows his customers. Definitely a breath of fresh air in this world today.

Great company, great job. I highly recommend Potts electric. Courtney replaced the electric panel and Dustin replaced all of the plugs and switches. I found them both to be knowledgeable, respectful and hard working. Courtney did a beautiful job on the panel, especially considering the wires in the old panel looked like spaghetti. He had the power back on sooner than I expected. Dustin replaced the dozens of devices. Watching him work made my knees ache. He barely took a break and I realized he was trying to make sure the job was completed on time. I really appreciate everything he did to help. He deserves a raise.

Josh, Brandon and Jake have been a great team to work with. We have done four EV installs with them and they wrapped within six hours. They guided us well through the project and explained things in details. Josh was a great sales manager to work with.

We had Potts Electric do a complete panel replacement along with replacing every outlet and light switch in our home along with a new exhaust fan for the bathroom and a couple of new circuits. They showed up on time and everything went smooth. However, I'm giving them three stars because at EVERY single outlet in the house they left little pieces of metal wire and wire shielding on the floor for my 16 month old toddler to find (He literally brought a piece of copper wire to us. Thank goodness he didn't put it in his mouth and swallow it). Afterwards, I found pieces at literally every outlet. Great service...just learn to clean up after yourselves to avoid potentially harming children.

UPDATE: After reading my review, Potts Electric contacted me and sincerely apologized for what happened with our toddler. They really wanted to make things right and they did! They sent a cleaning service to our home and the service did a fantastic job. I'm updating my review to 5 stars because they showed they truly care and value customer opinion. Honest and respectful business!

Potts delivered a great service! I had a small room that had no ceiling light, but only had a light switch that activated an outlet, meant for a lamp. It was going to be my craft room, so I couldn’t have that! The estimate was easy and professional. I love that Marion took video while narrating what it was I want done, so there would be NO miscommunications to the installation team! They were able to come just a week later, too. So I didn’t have to wait long. Sean was the tech and he was wonderful! Efficient and professional, which are the two qualities you want in someone working in your home. 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely use again for my home’s electric needs. ^_^

Courtney P. did an outstanding job installing our new electrical panel and new electrical outlet. He turned what was a jumbled mess into an extremely organized panel. Courtney brought things up to code with our refrigerator going on a dedicated circuit, now run on a new outlet. He was honest, professional, and pleasant to have in our home while he completed the work, which he finished more quickly than anticipated.

Our technician completed the job in less time than expected and left zero cleanup for us. He was very respectful of our home.

Courtney was warm, professional, and was able to address exactly what we needed is a very small window of time. Could not have asked for a better experience as a home owner. I'm referring them to friends and having them work on my commercial business, too!

The team at Potts Electric is great. You can trust them to ensure everything is done up to code with all required permits. We recently had our panel upgraded and additional outlets added to our basement. So far everything is working well, if not better! Our water heater is functioning much better. We quickly discovered our old panel wasn’t tripping an overloaded breaker in the kitchen which could have been bad if left unchecked! The guys worked to ensure the job was completed in one day, even if they came to a standstill due to a downpour in the middle of the day. I truly appreciate that they took the time to label our breakers as well. We went from a barely legible panel to one we can use with ease. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Potts is a great company. This is the 2nd time we’ve had work completed. They are very transparent with their pricing & the work is top notch! Brandon F. was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an issue with our breakers and Potts did a phenomenal job resolving it! They were able to get someone out same day and our technician Nick was incredibly kind and helpful! Nick was able to resolve the issue quickly and gave us a lot of great information to help avoid future problems. We will definitely be going with Potts for future electrical work!

The technician Evgeny was professional and quick to find the issue. Potts originally quoted a major troubleshoot but then adjusted the amount down to better reflect the time spent fixing the issue. A welcome gesture and says a lot about how they value customers.

This is a little overdue but important. When we had a near-disaster in February Potts was there within an hour. The owner, who helped us on a weekend, communicated the severity of the situation and had us fixed and ready to go by Wednesday. They worked well with our homeowners insurance company and really delivered for us! I'll be calling Potts again if I need someone!

Josh provided a detailed estimate of the work, worked through what was needed and stepped through each part and how it would be accomplished. Great communication and professional service. Nick did the install on-time, on budget, and professionally. Cleaned up during and after the work was complete, walked me through the installations demonstrating it all worked as planned. Made sure each part was what I expected per the planned work. Very personal able and profession team. Thank You!

Courtney responded to our issue regarding a faulty ceiling light fixture in our garage. Within minutes of arrival, he diagnosed the problem and remediated the issue.
Courtney definitely checked all the boxes: professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, detailed, thorough. We were completely happy with his work, and will certainly call Potts again for our future electrical needs!

I absolutely love Courtney!! Amazing man, highly knowledgeable and just a breath of fresh air! I had an issue with the original company that installed my whole home generator, but man did he give me faith again in contractors! Thank you Potts Electric and especially thank Mr. Courtney!!!
