Quick and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Had a number of electricians fall through for an emergency with a down AC unit this weekend. Stephenson coordinated a visit and got it fixed asap. Also dealt with my home warranty company, which is no small feat!

Great company. Had circuit breaker tripping on outside electric outlets. Electrician arrived within time frame stated. He was very methodical on running down the problem and fixing it in less than one hour. Since we still have time left in our hour, we had him fix a couple of other electrical issues. The electrician was very friendly and professional.

I had a laundry list of electrical repairs to tackle after an occupancy inspector assessed my condo. I called 5 different electric companies in the area for bids. Stephenson was the most professional, scheduled me quickly, was fairly priced, and did an incredible job. So happy with their service. Thanks Rich and Dale!

My outdoor outlets have not worked in over 3 years. I've had 2 electrical companies out who recommended new lines and thousands of dollars. Dale found the problem within minutes- they were connected to a tripped GFI outlet indoors. He was also able to quickly assess another outlet on the upper patio. I have been waiting since June for another company to come out and look but Dale arrived within 2 hours of my call this morning. I will ALWAYS use Stephenson Electric from now on!

I am so happy with the work done by Kevin. He arrived right on time, and was very polite. He completed everything quickly, and he was wonderful at answering my questions. He was happy to do all the electrical jobs in my house, no matter how trivial. Also, the price was very reasonable - less than I expected. I thank Kevin and Stephenson Electric so very much. I will always call Stephenson if I ever need further work done, and I have already recommended this company to several people.

Dale and Zane installed several light fixtures and a ceiling fan. Did a fantastic job, were very courteous and cleaned up discarded parts when done. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an electrician.

Very unprofessional. Do not trust these people. I paid them to wire a porch and they did not complete the work. Very rude and unethical.

Called twice and left a message. No one ever called back. I wouldn't waste my time calling them.

Need a new office receptionist. Called to ask about scheduling a job and the person was rude and inconsiderate. Just said “we won’t go to ‘your area’”. Done and over. No help. No referral. Sad

I initially called for an outlet installation estimate and was told that it would cost about $150-200. I came home yesterday to find the outlet was done but also 3 gaping holes in the wall that they left. Oh, the bill was also $400. Just awful! Try to support the local companies but listen up Fenton people, do not use them!!

He told me he would come at 1pm and never showed up and when I called him it sounded like he was drunk and I could hear music in the background.

Michael was really rude when he showed up to my house, when I go to turn on my ceiling fan it turned on my porch light. Still yet to be fixed.
